Great for allowing employees to have one hub for everything. My company uses it for timesheets, expenses, training, document uploads, onboarding, and benefits organization.

Honest support from transparent team members who set realistic expectations. We understand that things happen with any software company which is why it makes it important for us to partner with folks who can accurately set expectations and be upfront if issues ever arise.
Single-database solutions help optimize a variety of business issues including increasing visibility on HRIS tasks, centralized communication, and a stronger grip on compliance automation. It's tough to distinguish genuine dislikes about the software from simply being nit-picky for the sake of a review.
