For the most part, very intuitive interface. Easy to pick up, easy to use. The implementation process is very polished. Their teams are well-trained and knowledgeable. They are also very thorough and will ensure all the required work is done.

Paycom made a design change in their user interface this year that is not my preference. In my experience, many people use a laptop computer in their day to day work. There is a lot of "white space" on many of the forms that causes a user to have to scroll to find information on a laptop screen. I understand this is a little thing, but searching through scrolling slows things down. I prefer a more compact layout to how information is displayed - especially when using a laptop. I like how easy it is to look up who is punched in and who not, it is such a vital task to make sure agents are clocked in and working.
