**What do you like best about Paycom?**

My job often requires me to work some extended, unusual or unscheduled hours.  Paycom helps me manage my weekly total hours. If a project begins taking more hours than expected, I discuss this with my supervisor to build a plan to manage the project better. I can get tunnel vision on details and Paycom helps me keep my work life and home life in balance.

**What do you dislike about Paycom?**

One thing that stands out: Occasionally I forget to clock out. Could I opt for a text reminder if I leave the geofence?

**What problems is Paycom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sometimes my work is project oriented and seeing my accumulated hours helps me manage how much time I spend on each project.

**What do you like best about Paycom?**

Paycom is easy to navigate for Admins and Employees.  I love that they are constantly updating the system features and give detailed tutorials.  Payroll is easy to run and timekeeping is simple.  Employees love that they have access to all of their information and freedom to change without having to fill out a bunch of forms to turn in.

**What do you dislike about Paycom?**

To be honest there really isn't anything I dislike about Paycom.  I would make one slight change with the Push Reporting feature.  I wish there was a way to automatically send a link directly to the report and not have to log into the Client Inbox to review it.  That's it.  But if I know Paycom....that will probably be available soon!

**What problems is Paycom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Paycom is making it easier to communicate to all of our employees and our Drivers.  Because they are always on the road and not in the office much.  I can send New Tickers and announcements through Paycom and they can receive the notifications immediately.

**What do you like best about Paycom?**

Having an assigned Payroll Specialist has been a great benefit. The representative assigned to our company is wonderful. She consistently goes above and beyond whenever we need something. Her customer service excels, and even if she is not available, there is always someone else on her team who is happy to help. The efficiency and level of service are excellent.

In addition, Paycom offers multiple features that make the platform user-friendly and simplify our processes. I use the platform almost every day, and I am very happy with it.

**What do you dislike about Paycom?**

Probably the reporting options. Don't get me wrong, the reports in Paycom are great, and even if you can’t find one that already meets your needs, the Report Writer is available. However, if you are a new user or you are looking for something outside of your usual reports, it may take some time to find the right setup for the report(s) you need.

**What problems is Paycom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Paycom simplifies payroll by keeping all the information and processes in one place. It saves me time, reduces mistakes, and makes payroll much easier to manage.

I appreciate Paycom as an all-in-one platform, which greatly simplifies HR and payroll processes by consolidating multiple functions such as payroll, benefits, time tracking, and performance management in one place. **What do you like best about Paycom?**

Everything can be done online without having to reach out to HR for assistance.  You can access tax information, payroll sheets and even log on from your personal phone.  I also like to occassional training webinars that are provided.

**What do you dislike about Paycom?**

The only bad encounter I have had with Paycom thus far is the punches.  I thought I had clocked out and when I went to clock in the next day, I had to wait until the punch reset before I could clock out to clock back in.  It was very confusing.

**What problems is Paycom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Again, I like the fact that I can now clock in, approve checks, review benefits, request and change tax information from my cell phone.  Everything is so much more convenient.

**What do you like best about Paycom?**

There are a lot of great tools in Paycom, and because of that it can be pretty complicated to handle sometimes. However, I never have felt hung out to dry by the support team - any time I call with a question, someone answers the phone who is able to access my company's profile and walk me through the steps to accomplish whatever I'm trying to do. If the issue is very complicated and they need to elevate it, I always receive a quick follow-up.

**What do you dislike about Paycom?**

I have not really experienced any downside so far.

I like how I can update my time card and give my back office team a deadline for approval. I also like how easy it is to cash out PTO.

**What do you dislike about Paycom?**

I think Paycom could improve on hour editing. Yesterday, I had an issue with my lunch and I couldn't figure out what happened even after editing my shift.

Payroll is a lot more transparent, and I don't have to worry about my hours being messed up and having to email many people to fix it.

**What do you like best about Paycom?**

I like how user friendly it is for making changes. I like being able to predict how much time off I will have by a certain date, and I like that most of the reports are excel data that I can filter however I need.

**What do you dislike about Paycom?**

Deleting punches is finicky and can be confusing.  Sometimes it's difficult to explain toggling to the previous pay period for edits, and I wish the Reports were easier to navigate as the options can be pretty confusing.

**What problems is Paycom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can pull reports based on where the punches are allocated and that gives me a lot of flexibility for how we sort our finances.

The Benefits page can sometimes be a bit difficult at first, mostly due to a lack of knowledge by me with definitions or changes in health insurance.

Paycom is solving organizational problems by keeping all of my items in one profile rather than having to sift through time off requests or sick time items. It allows for easy time-off requests and descriptions.

I can access my schedule, request my days off, and add in extra shifts worked without having to bother my supervisor or send emails back and forth.

**What do you dislike about Paycom?**

it can be tricky for people who need to log in the instant they are at work, as if you are too far from the building you cannot log on to report that you have arrived, but once  you are there your day may begin quickly. It can also be frustrating to add or change information that is past the time/date when it should have been added if you forget.

I'm not sure I'm really SOLVING anything. Paycom helps me keep up with my schedule and pay, and that is valuable.

**What do you like best about Paycom?**

The best thing that I like about Paycom is that I receive messages that alert me to any notifications such as time card approvals, messages with administrative, time off requests, and so on. I am really able to take control of my “employment” but also have the option to interact with administrators when needed.

**What do you dislike about Paycom?**

Honestly, I have found anything tho I dislike about Paycom. The only thing that I would suggest is to make messaging a bit easier. It was a tad difficult to start a new message because the option of my question type was not there. If that makes sense.

Paycom is alerting me to any changes to my employment. I am able to check on anything if needed.

I find Paycom to be a pretty intuitive program and appreciate that it's organized. It's super helpful for me, especially since I need to use it all day every day. Being able to click around and find what I need is unbelievable. Staying organized within the organization is crucial, and Paycom helps me know where people's files and details are, so I can quickly find what I need when asked questions.

**What do you dislike about Paycom?**

I think the communication with the support staff. Sometimes it's quick responses. They don't read the entire question. I have to ask the same thing multiple times to be able to get the answers and the support I need.

I use Paycom for payroll, getting people paid, organization org charts, people management, and operations.

Everything you need in one place when it comes to clocking in/out, your schedule, your PTO, Training, everything

**What do you dislike about Paycom?**

During lunch clock in, you must clock at the exact second, which you could miss if you get distracted and thwm you'll show you were out to lunch longer than you actually were. My fix to that, is I have to set an alarm. But, I still have to wait everytime for that exact second.  Clock out at 12:30:30, and try to punch in at exactly 13:00:00, the system will not allow it. It has to be 13:00:30

The Geo net is making others who abused the break time to have to be back on time. It has a very tight geo fence.

**What do you like best about Paycom?**

Dashboards - the product was enhanced at The Kraft Group a few years ago to improve the online reporting with easy to use dashboards and reports comparing prior periods and making it easy to review and approve.  Future scheduling and messaging system makes it a better experience to denote availability and review future schedules without all the emails and text messages.

**What do you dislike about Paycom?**

Had connectivity issues at Gillette Stadium with the size and open areas so made it difficult to check in and check out depending on where you were in stadium but it has improved.  More of a network than Paycom issue but frustrating.

Has improved over the past 12 months.

The best feature I like about Paycom is the navigation.

As of right now there I have no dislike for Paycom at the moment

Some of the problems that Paycom solve is good and safe security access, navigation, time management, and easy updates. The benefit myself in many’s ways like reminding myself through notifications cause sometimes I become busy and forget. Secondly navigation, the helps me to find some in look for easy just in case I need to update information or need a paystub for something etc. Lastly time management, this one is very important to me simply because with me having a busy schedule sometimes I forget certain things so the notifications that comes to my phone and my email really do help me personally.

**What do you like best about Paycom?**

All in one Platform for all HR needs.  Easy Payroll process with approve your paycheck, gets checks right every time.  Easy of making employee changes through the PAF (Personal Action Form).  Great Payroll Rep:  Matt Root that was a valuable resource whenever I needed help.  Great annual review process that tied to annual merit increase.  I could go on and on, just loved it.

**What do you dislike about Paycom?**

Can be a bit pricey when you need to get things done.  Seems like there is always a fee or add on that cost something.

**What problems is Paycom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All of my HR payroll issues are solved with Paycom.  The benefit is that it is all in one platform that integrates with each other to simplify processes.

**What do you like best about Paycom?**

I use Paycom to track my bonus eligibility and see when rewards are applied. I like that it keeps all my payroll and HR info in one spot so I don’t have to go digging through emails. I like that it gives me a clear history of all my hours and pay, which makes budgeting easier. It makes resolving any pay discrepancies much easier since I have a detailed record at my fingertips. The initial setup was fairly simple since everyone just had to follow the step-by-step instructions.

**What do you dislike about Paycom?**

Sometimes the app loads slowly, especially when I’m trying to access old pay stubs. I think adding a faster search or filter for pay stubs and schedules would really help.

There’s nothing That I dislike about the Peycom system, It’s easier than trying to figure these things out by yourself when you could just go through the step-by-step prompts to get everything done that you need.

The problems that the PAYCOM system solved for me was the fact I needed to know how much Vacation time I have And when it was issued, it benefited me because I now can just ask on the app and it will show me how many hours of vacation time I have.

**What do you like best about Paycom?**

Having a dedicated specialist is fantastic for quick customer support. Our CRR is also very wonderful for implementing new products and explaining the process, even when there is pushback. Having employees own their data is a valuable benefit, and having all necessary information consolidated within a single system enhances efficiency. This enables employees to focus on mastering one external platform. The system is reliable for daily use and features an intuitive navigation experience.

**What do you dislike about Paycom?**

There are certain features that may appear cluttered or generate notifications that become permanently active if applied to former employees. Once an employee's termination is finalized, it is generally unnecessary to make adjustments. For example, enabling ESS access for terminated employees is not appropriate. A bypass option for these scenarios would be beneficial. Additionally, expanded reporting data for checklists would enhance usability.

**What problems is Paycom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Implementing a streamlined onboarding process from application to hire significantly reduces time and effort. A centralized system eliminates the need to browse multiple job boards and simplifies tracking candidate applications across various roles. Integrating benefits and payroll updates directly into the payroll system helps mitigate the risk of human error. Additionally, the audit feature within timecards promotes accountability for both employees and supervisors regarding time tracking and accruals.

I find Paycom easy, accessible, organized, and user-friendly. It's straightforward to log in, see what tasks or events need to be done, and complete them. I can view my payroll, insurance, and everything else well-organized in one place. The system is user-friendly, highlighting what needs to be done and is easy to manipulate, allowing me to navigate back and forth with little direction. It's effective for recertification and payment processes. Plus, my job can use it for everything, as it's a one-stop shop under one umbrella. The setup feedback from the technical team was that it was really easy, and overall, it requires minimal direction for someone to work without struggling.

**What do you dislike about Paycom?**

What tags that I already done, she say completed, sometimes those tasks are not really completed. It says not completed and you've completed it, and it just resurfaced like you still have to complete this task, meaning that I have to do it all over again.

It would be nice to test these product changes to people that regularly use the system to ensure enhancements make sense for the basic population. Or have a way to revert back to the old view/function of systems. Being a gov't contractor we have to show ways of doing items and when they change to a way that doesn't work as well, it can cause issues with DCAA

I love the transparency and that I can do thing myself on Paycom. I don't have to call the HR or Payroll departments to ask them to enter things for me - I can do them myself! In my job, I am paid per unit and I'm always afraid that a unit will get omitted from my check. I'm very organized and I like to be able to check that my check is exactly right BEFORE it goes out and not just have to take someone else's word for it.

**What do you dislike about Paycom?**

In the past, my employer has had it set up to send me too many Paycom email reminders, but this employer doesn't do that, so I'm very happy.

**What problems is Paycom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work on an as needed basis and am paid for each unit of work. It's very sporadic and in the past I have worked for employers that will inadvertently omit a unit of work from my check. It's a hassle to try to figure out if I was paid correctly, call the payroll department to figure out what I wasn't paid for, and get a new check disbursed. With Paycom, I enter my own units of work and can check all of my pay against my own records without disturbing anyone else. I've never had a wrong check with Paycom!

A lot of things about paycom that I do like from the ability to check in everywhere from the AI setup to the ability to edit things on the Fly and it shows you all of your HR requirements and paperwork and it's very easy to use overall but I do have things I don't like including the schedule which I will include on the next section

I do not like in the clocking section how you guys have it set up for the end day out day experience okay it's very confusing and it's hard to read it and it's not easy to understand and I work in corporate settings for 20 years and this is got to be the hardest to edit modify an update because whenever a person forgets to clock in they not only have to clock in but they also have to clock out or make a clock out edit and sometimes it's hard to remember to do that and there's an asterisk by it so typically I just clock in I add the reasoning or what it should be but I don't know how to do the out day you know what should go there and then if I try to do it it creates more asterisks in errors and it's very confusing I think you should simplify it to where in a person makes a mistake they just have to put the end day that was supposed to be there they should know how to include the out time you know it should just automatically merge or into the other time because obviously the person just needs to clock in or to clock out and if they need to clock out or create that give them the option to but every single punch should not require a in punch in and out punch

Handy direct access to various needs from checking schedules to requesting time off, seeing paycheck breakdown and past stubs, checking your own clock in and out or submitting corrections, using your time off and selecting exactly which to use or to see how much of each you have, even accessing your w2 before it gets mailed. It's handy to have all that and more easy to check from a phone app instead of a proprietary portal or behind request forms that get judged and take forever.

**What do you dislike about Paycom?**

If the wifi is acting up at work, clocking in can be delayed a step and waiting for the app to load can sometimes feel slow. Although most of the time it's not too bad. The geofence sensing can be a little fickle and unpredictable but persistence gets through. Settings are kinda restricted so you can't set it up how you want. It's a pain to have to manually select the company profile and the job position every single time, with no way to make it remember. Also it's only as good as the people in your office who do their tasks, otherwise sometimes paperwork gets stuck waiting for approval somewhere... But that's true of anything and at least this way you can prove you submitted it with a timestamp. There's just no protection against office bureaucracy no matter how good the app is. Lol

The upside of using Paycom is the easy navigation of time sheets and time management overall. It is easy to keep track of time pairs and any accrual of paid time off.

There isn't any direct downsides of Paycom, but one thing that could be tweaked is locking a check even if you have submitted extra mileage for reimbursement. At times, I have had to go in and approve my check multiple times due to submitting new mileage, but it isn't really a problem.

The best business benefit through Paycom is the ability to track mileage for reimbursement and other expenses that I may need to submit for reimbursement.

Over the years you have mad the user experience better but its still a far cry from a pleasant one. Sight maps and where to go to do what is trash. Not being able to acknowledge shit and move on with me day is irritating tasks that are completed dont reflect that I can ignore it or do it again. When yall optimize something it just means we have to relearn it or figure out how you screwed it up and have to create a work around. The software does the job but not always to the benefit of the user. Its often a 5 minute job that takes 20 minutes to complete. If you want to have a good application then only ever ask people with a minimum of experience with it or none you asking admins how they like it is like asking a pro how do we make this so only I can use it.

I dislike some of the information screens are difficult to navigate especially on mobile device like many employees will access it on. Also employee adoption is difficult because of this. Some of the links seem cyclical but are slightly different views of the same information. Could be restructured or condensed. It is a positive and negative that managers can't adjust employee time sheets. It is often frustrating for employees to "fix" their time due to the aforementioned mobile device view options.

**What do you like best about Paycom?**

Everything is useful in Paycom. Being able to see all my hours put in, my time off, easy use of punch change request, etc. I cannot complain about anything Paycom has to offer, because there is nothing to complain about.

To be completely honest, I cannot think of anything off the top of my head.

**What problems is Paycom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Paycom keeps me on track with my hours. Creates ease in communicating with my supervisor when it comes to a missed punch for lunch. Paycom is the first site I get on when arriving at work, and is the last when I am leaving. Without this program things would not run near as smooth.

I haven’t come across anything I would consider a major dislike, but I understand that as Paycom continues to grow, maintaining that same level of personalized support can be a challenge. It’s also an opportunity for the company to keep improving and scaling its service.

Paycom helps solve the issue of employees having limited visibility and control over their own HR data by offering self-service tools. That benefits me because it creates transparency and makes everyday processes like payroll and time management much easier and faster.

**What do you like best about Paycom?**

I like the ease of use and simplicity of Paycom's design. I rarely, if ever, have trouble finding what I'm looking for. It doesn't slow me down when I'm trying to find something or figure out how to do something. I don't have to ask someone for help or Google the answer because it's easy to find what I'm looking for without outside help. The initial setup was also easy and simple for me.

**What do you dislike about Paycom?**

The only thing I find annoying about Paycom is that it signs me out every 30 minutes due to inactivity. The previous system we used would allow me to stay logged in for an entire shift, which was more convenient, but I can see why they would log me out after a certain amount of time because of security reasons.

**What problems is Paycom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Paycom to manage my timesheet and payroll info, helping me handle my time better and verify fair compensation.

**What do you like best about Paycom?**

I like Paycom for its ability to handle multiple tasks, from HR to payroll tasks, which is quite convenient. I also enjoy the employee self-service portal, which allows each employee to be accountable. Paycom's payroll processing feature is particularly interesting because it automates payroll calculations and assists in filing individual taxes in compliance with laid-down rules. Additionally, I found the initial setup easy and straightforward.

I find Paycom's limited international payroll support challenging because it is only focused on US-based businesses, making it difficult to use for foreign employees.

I like Paycom because it simplifies a lot of day-to-day HR and payroll work. What I like most is how everything is in one place and easy to access. This saves me a lot of time and helps reduce errors because the information is all connected. Once everything is set up, it runs smoothly.

**What do you dislike about Paycom?**

One downside is that some features aren't very intuitive at first, so there’s a bit of a learning curve. Certain tasks can feel a little repetitive or require extra clicks.

**What do you like best about Paycom?**

Ability to download reports to Excel for sorting and summarizing for various reporting needs.

**What do you dislike about Paycom?**

Shift differential set up for 24-7 hospital operations whereby differentials vary by job are very difficult to get set up and paying correctly.

**What problems is Paycom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Paycom takes care of all the state and federal tax reporting so that has freed up time for our accounting staff. The only problem is that when we do have tax questions, we cannot talk directly with the Paycom tax department and it is hard to convey conversations through our regular support rep. Sometimes, it just takes a direct call with tax support to clearly address issues one-on-one.
