Since transitioning from ADP to Paycom, I've noticed that Paycom offers several advanced features that ADP lacked, such as EDI for benefits and comprehensive processing for 401K, W2s, and 1099s. Many times, modules are grayed out, and I need assistance to correct or adjust them. The struggle to obtain the necessary information and useful feedback on how to resolve issues can be frustrating. For instance, there is a notification that many employees are missing self-service access, and attempts to get a helpful response from Paycom have been unsuccessful.
