What do you like best about Payactiv?

What do you dislike about Payactiv?

As a user, I can't honestly say there have been many issues with Pay Activ. The mobile app is user friendly and was easy to download and set up. It is convienent and easy to use and gives me instant access to my wages with the click of a button. The fees are reasonable and it has saved me time and money with its accessiblity and ease of use.

As an Administrator, the initial process of setting up and implementing Pay Activ took some work. We ran into some issues with the reports that needed to run for Pay Activ for our employees hours and earnings. But the representative worked with me to fix the issues and it has turned out to be an amazing feature for our employees allowing them access to their wages and saving them money from other high interest options they may have sought out before Pay Active. What problems is Payactiv solving and how is that benefiting you?

Times have been tough for everyone through the pandemic. It has put our employees in tough situations and found some living pay check to pay check. Pay Activ has allowed our employees to pay their bills on time, grab food from the grocery store, with never having the feeling of how am I going to make it through to the next week by giving them instant acess to their wages with minimal fees instead to the high interest rates charged at other places. What do you like best about Payactiv?

PayActiv is very easy to use and the employees are always so helpful. The employees are always willing to help and go above and beyond. The amount they charge to access funds is more than reasonable and a lot of employees benefit from their service. It is a great company and I love working along side of them. PayActiv has helped so much with our new employees who are having to wait 3-4 weeks for their first check. They are able to access funds prior to their first check which helps them out. It also helps existing employees with emergencies that arise. There are so many benefits for the employees and also for us. We would lose potential employees due to them having to wait so long for their first check but with PayActiv we are able to have them access funds as soon as their first week working with us. "Our Experience With PayActiv"

What do you like best about Payactiv?

Shariq has been splendid through our company's journey with PayActiv. He is very responsive and attentive whenever we have issues. When he gave us the training, he was very thorough and detailed on how the process works. He also shared with us the marketing material and where to find everything on the hub. Even after this, whenever we needed assistance with training material and the like, we would reach out to him, and he would point us in the right direction on where to get it. The part about employees being able to get their pay in advance is amazing, as well as, all the features the app and platform offer. I specially like the financial assistance where you teach users how to better use their money. Also, the gas promotion was awesome! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Payactiv?

During our implementation, our representative at the time Ed Meehan, was slow responding to our inquiries and issues. Sometimes, it would take days for him to get back to us, or he would only get back to one of our team members. We held various meetings with him about the status of the process and in the end, the implementation was delayed by a week because they did not have all the employees in the system yet. Also, as of late, I’ve received emails, out of nowhere, from members of the PayActiv stating they’re in charge of the account and that they’d like to hold a meeting. For me, building a relationship with the company and knowing there’s a go-to person that will quickly and effectively assist me is vital. Having the people in charge of the account be swapped or attempt to be swapped without prior notice to the client is confusing. However, in each case, I expressed my desire to stay with the same people and they accommodated this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Payactiv:

Choose Shariq for your representative and reach out whenever you have an issue, they are very understanding. Recently, we had some employees have issues enrolling and others with their recent deductions. I sent Shariq their names, he quickly responded to my email and was able to send my inquiries to the right person. In a matter of hours the issue was resolved. What problems is Payactiv solving and how is that benefiting you?

Most of our employees use the pay in advance feature to pay their bills in time since some of them live paycheck by paycheck and need to get their funds ahead of payday. We have heard great things from them about the PayActiv service, and they are happy that, we, as a company offer this benefit to them. Also, the gas promotion PayActiv shared with all its users was well received. Please increase the loan minimum balance, because today we are using only $500 twice a month.

What do you like best about Payactiv?

PayActiv has been a great benefit to offer to our amazing team! In addition to offering assistance to our current employees, it has been a vital tool for recruiting and retaining staff members. We understand that money can get tight for us all and living paycheck to paycheck is a realization for so many. By being able to offer access to earned wages for very little fees we hope to better our employees lives by being able to access fund without high interest rates or excess fees often required through other avenues.
