Our startup has valuable stock options which we issue to our employees and Pave helps us show the value of those options to help with retention over time and also help people understand their vesting schedules. There is a visual offer feature. You share your screen during the offer stage. The UI is extremely intuitive and user-explanatory. As a TA professional goes through each component of the offer from the base salary, equity or RSU's, bonuses, and benefits & perks. The visual experience makes it just that for the prospective employee, "an experience." It breaks down the numbers and gives the prospective employee an easy way to see far beyond what they would be making beyond their base. The ability to display and depict the value of an employees compensation package, in a way they will understand. Navigating nuances such as stock options can be tough.
