Using MS Access and ODBC connection was a bit cumbersome for applying updates. I suggested law updates could be applied much easier just using a SQL Script.

data validation for foreign trademarks and patents are not that efficient - applications numbers for example have to be in specific formatting; you cannot create/edit special fields for pedigree data in the main fields (i.e. unique firm/client reference numbers); when you do a 'mass' search for client portfolio (for example), you should be able to jump from record to record instead of hitting the 'next arrow' continuously; all PW platforms should have the new AQS annutities management tool. tracking deadlines

1) I would love to be able to run a combined trademark and docket report. So, a report of all of a client's trademarks alongside all their due dates.
2) It seems that the Canadian applications that are published do not get labeled as published in the analytics report. They stay at pending.
3) I don't think my performance analysis feature works correctly.
4) I wish the excel spreadsheet that it prints had better formatting Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Any upgrades to the system or updates to the law files happen automatically. It is very easy in that regard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It auto-dockets useless deadlines every time a new application is entered. (Status Checks, Publication deadlines in EP Validation states, and many more.) Even following the instructions to suppress unwanted actions didn't stop them. Limited law files - many deadlines need to be calculated yourself and manually entered. Reporting capabilities are VERY LIMITED. Storing documents in the file records is not particularly easy, and bulk downloading a file is not possible. This makes Due Diligence or Production of Documents extremely time consuming! It cannot be used on a laptop screen because there are no vertical scroll bars! Anything below the main details of the case screen is not visible and you have no way to scroll to it. (This includes things like the list of inventors, assignees, family members, and custom fields.)
