We have been a FUSE customer for over 5 years and it truly has grown and developed to one of the best softwares on the market. With its extremely user-friendly design it allows for continued growth for your practice. We have been able to grow our practice to 4 locations in the last 5 years and it would have not been possible without FUSE. Patterson also does a wonderful job contining to implement new and exciting features, and in doing so it allows for the ever-developing product to grow with the users. Couldn't recommend this product more. **What do you dislike about Fuse?** There is not much that I don't like about the product. **What problems is Fuse solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fuse allows for single practices to thrive and also allows for expansion to mutiple practices/locations. Extremely user friendly and having the ability to access the product anywhere, allows us to provide top-notch customer service for our patients. ### 2. I have worked with fuse as a solutions consultant to integrate SAP **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Tanay M. | Solutions Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2024 **What do you like best about Fuse?** It just makes working on SAP user friendly, it is easy to learn and easy to control , the drag and drop features and click to assign features are a plus **What do you dislike about Fuse?** Since it is relatively new there may not be a lot of content or learning material on the internet and you have to depend on the companies documents **What problems is Fuse solving and how is that benefiting you?** So i have worked with a multitue of clients , health care providers to just spare part holders and manufacturers , it helps them to use sap as a data trackign system and also to manage the sales. ### 3. That made calling to verify insurance a little easier. It was aesthetically pleasing. **What do you dislike about Fuse?** I did not like the insurance input tab. It was confusing. The adjustments for PPO insurance fees was confusing. They have made some changes but we quit using the software after about 5 months. I just don’t think it was ready yet at that time. It may be better now. **Recommendations to others considering Fuse:** Patterson is an amazing company to work with. Their support department is unmatched. **What problems is Fuse solving and how is that benefiting you?** Essentially we were not able to solve many problems using this new software and we switched to Identalsoft and then to eaglesoft which is the best fit for our practice. ### 4.
