Patronum is by far one of the best Google Workspace administration tool we used. We love the email signature offering as well as the other Gmail settings that we can push to our users. For us what makes Patronum so special is the level of support we get from their support team directly within the application. Patronum offers cloud-based synchronization whose execution can be automatically scheduled. Its user interface is effectively integrated with our administration console and we won't have complexity while handling the LDAP directory. It also enables our users to search for any individual records without exposing the location specifics. The distribution of our LDAP can also be done among multiple servers and Patronum ensures proper replication and helps in passing requests to other directory system agents. None actually. Patronum utilizes exchange servers for communicating with our active directory. Each user's account information is properly maintained even when there are multiple attribute definitions. 1) Seamless management & automation of almost all of Google Workspace administration tasks.
2) Organisational chart and ability to share contacts
3) Calendar management & sharing within your organisation to avoid scheduling conflicts.
4) E-mail signature management and AWESOME signature templates. Most unique signature templates I've seen till date. We changed our old signature the day afer we started using Patronum.
5) Auto on-boarding of users with pre-defined access to files & folders.

Nothing in particular, but there's certainly scope for more functionality with backing up emails & drive contents.
I would really like to see this tool automatize everything that a WorkSpace admin has to do manually. Not really a great tool for companies with single digit headcount, works wonders for large companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What worked for us were:
- Signature distribution based on a group or a single user
- Drive files management

There were some downtime periods and interruptions where the settings would not "stick" and the page would reload constantly. These were rare, unfortunately.
The signature management dashboard needs some work also. The HTML doesn't reflect what you've copied into sometimes - so be careful if you paste an existing signature into Patronum's signature box. What comes out may not look the same (this is in GMail) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Managing email signatures for the whole org within minutes, even with individual signatures for different groups, is a big plus, according to my marketing department. Label sharing helps us internally to share all contacts easily. With the on- and offboarding workflows, my Google Workspace admin life became more straightforward, focusing on my main tasks easier. I love the ability to easily share contacts with the team. It enables us to have a simple shared contact system that we control and enables us to show the callers we have stored in our CRM and synced with one Google Account.
Additionally, it is super easy to automate our user management for our admins and have them controlled by our People Management team that does not currently work with an HR tool. We give them access to a restricted Patronum account to create, manage, and disable end-user accounts and have the rest of Google Workspace segmented away from them.
