I usually just call if I need anything that desperately. I like that I can schedule payroll transactions in advance so that I don't need to remember to run payroll on a specific date. **What do you dislike about Patriot Software?** While I can schedule payroll transactions in advance, it would be nice to be able to schedule them to recur every month automatically, as I just have a single monthly payment to make. **What problems is Patriot Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm self-employed, and I use Patriot Payroll to pay myself a salary via my S-Corp so I can realize the tax benefits of taking some of the profits as a Schedule K-1 distribution. All of these previous services also did less work after the price increase requiring me to put in more of my time while paying them more. Patriot Payroll has committed to a price and stuck with it as well as reducing the amount of time to hold funds for payment once they saw that we keep adequate funds in our account to cover all of our payroll expenses. Customer service is helpful, courteous and very knowledgeable if you do have any questions.
