I am a patent renewal processor and I rely on this platform daily to handle renewals. I highly recommend it! Firstly, the interface of it is particuarly user-friendly. We’ve been using PatentRenewal.com for the last 2 years now and I have to say I’m very satisfied with their product. The renewal solution is smooth, very affordable and reliable at the same time. I get timely reminders when my renewals are due so I’m always up-to-date with what to do. The platform is very user-friendly, I especially love the budgeting feature as we have to provide forecast data to our Finance department regarding our IP costs. So overall, it has met all of our needs and expectations. Before using them, we utilized one of the biggest IP annuity provider on the market and to be fair it’s not worth paying 5x more for an even better service that you can on the price that PatentRenewal.com provides. The main issue is one they can't control - when a country changes its patent renewal fees between the time we have paid PatentRenewal.com for that country's renewal, and when the renewal fee can actually be paid. Patentrenwals.com is exactly what it sounds like. They do one thing only, but do it very well. Their price transparency is refreshing and very unusual in the IP industry. Instead of being robbed by an IP agency, you pay a reasonable fee per transaction. We estimate to save about 70% of our previous cost for doing the same thing in a slower and less transparent way.
