I love that Password Boss does what it says. My information is safe, and sharing is super simple. It's an amazing bonus that it works seamlessly on all my other devices. Thank you! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing that can be challenging is when the program logs out in the middle of my work day or when I am in the middle of something. I sometimes have to quit the program first and then sign in again for it to work. Not a big issue, but still a kink. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ideas our sound (somewhat elementary in design) but creative. Too bad execution is a complete failure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The software flat out doesn't work. Everything it sets out to do at it's core is a failure.
Software crases constantly on every computer, every OS, every mobile device, every browser plugin - it's NOT a conflict with AV, stop blaming that.
Store credentials - they have bugs that roll back or wipe your data constantly. This wasnt once or twice, but dozens of times over the course of about 18 months. Every time they had another excuse. This is the heart of the product!
Share credentials - the sync is atrocious, not all fields sync properly. Because shares are by person and not company, only the creator of a share owns the data. The idea that any individual employee can "hold and hold hostage" company owned credentials is insane. Then for anyone else to add items to a shared folder takes 20 steps.
Logs and Backups are hugely lacking, often dont work. When one day your data goes missing their team will make every effort to blame everyone but themselves. Only after painstaking troubleshooting will they own up to "a bug" that accidentally wiped all of your data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It offers up passwords when new ones are requested and remembers those that I need. It also remembers the websites URL and I can use it to get to my sites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It gets in the way and keeps turning itself back on over and over on a webpage I already closed it on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It allows employees to separate their personal passwords from their business passwords. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are a few rough edges in the UI but it works very well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Because of the local/installed aspect of this tool, this thing is capable of some pretty amazing things in the realm of auto-fill and form detection.
Form detection in particular is really great, Google Chrome should take notice. Being able to fill in various details that sites typically ask for and have PasswordBoss fill those for you is really cool to see.
Paired with a password storage and auto-fill completion system that you've no doubt seen in many other products makes for an overall great product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Local software install. I'd say "dislike" is the perfect term. It's not the worst thing, but it does somehow feel very anti-zeitgeist. Everything is moving into the cloud these days.
Again its by no means a bad thing, the application seems to be well written and it allows the platform to do some things that other password tools will continue to struggle with.
The issue is in ease of use. This tool is rightly security-first, and as such it can be rather cumbersome to install and get users trained on. This is barely even a thought for other password management systems because they are all completely website based.
Overall it just makes for more management than other platforms and as such it may not be the right tool for your team depending on who you are selling to/who you have on staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

-When there are problems with the application, they are immediately looking remote to find a solution.
In addition, it can sometimes be that you miss a certain function within the package, you can indicate this and usually they add this function within a month, this is very customer friendly.
- Groups with users can be added to a share, which saves a lot of time.
- From the new version, other editors of a share can also add a password, this is a function that we are very pleased with.
- There is one central admin center where the users, group, and shares can be managed.
In addition, various security policies can also be used and reports and backups can be requested.
Finally, you can see all kinds of statistics from the users and shares.
- Within the application there is a secure browser in which you can safely browse and load all websites if you do not trust a certain network connection or browser.
- In the share center all shares are visible, here you can also see how much% is synchronized and which users are and are not synchronized.
- Very nice and time-saving application, great work! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The speed of the application can be slightly better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We travel between different offices as well as working mobile, and wherever we go our team always has the latest passwords sync'd to their computers and phones. The interface is easy to use, and easy to find passwords. The new iPhone app is great, very modern design, easy to use. I especially like the integration with the iOS12 password manager that lets Password Boss log into all of my apps. Support has been great, we always get quick answers to our questions. It is easy to organize passwords with folders

Any password managers takes a little time to learn and to figure out how all of the features work. Password Boss does a good job at this, but this can always be improved Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is user friendly and easy to navigate. It's an awesome tool to have in our organization as we're able to share accounts and passwords for various applications. The option to store secure notes is a huge plus! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Our users were experiencing minor glitches and freeze ups but the support team is always on top of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Password Boss is a comprehensive password management/info management for the internet software. It has a clean user interface which is easy to use and manage. In addition to the auto fill option for user name and passwords through Password Boss, you can also add digital wallet (card details) to be saved and auto filled as well, also standard details which are inquired frequently on websites such name and address etc. You can create your own tags for ease of searching and viewing passwords as well which is convenient. While many things are good with Password Boss, one thing I dislike is that it does not generate passwords, unlike some other password management software. That is a drawback in which an auto generated strong password would have made the software quite good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
