**What do you like best about Passport?**

Passport has consistently undercut all other options in the market for pricing. They also serve more countries than most of their competitors. We also like that Passport bills duties/taxes simultaneously with the transportation costs. Other carriers often bill months later, making it extremely challenging to account for these additional charges

**What do you dislike about Passport?**

While the service is very cost-effective, the tracking is not as robust as competitors. There's a significant gap in updates between exporting to importing. The service is also much slower than some of the other major players. However, the rates offset the slower service for the most part. They also don't include insurance in their base rates, which is an additional cost you'll want to account for

**What problems is Passport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have significantly reduced out international shipping costs. This has had a significant improvement on our bottom line and kept us from having to raise customer shipping prices

**What do you like best about Passport?**

We used their service for handling our international orders from our US base, at a time when we didn't have any other warehouses.

The integration of PassportShipping with our existing Shopify store and our 3PL warehouse software was quite straightforward. It took us less than 10 minutes to set up the systems, and the entire configuration and onboarding were completed in a few days. This was beneficial as it allowed us to get back to focusing on our core business quickly.

What I found particularly useful was their ability to pre-calculate everything within Shopify. This feature simplified our logistics and pricing management, making our daily operations smoother. Moreover, PassportShipping took care of the entire delivery process through their partner network, which was very helpful considering the complexities of international shipping.

I believe PassportShipping is a good choice for e-commerce companies, especially startups. The ease of integration, quick setup, efficient onboarding, and their comprehensive approach to delivery are all noteworthy. They have been a reliable partner in our operations, and I would recommend their services to any e-commerce business seeking a practical and effective shipping solution.

In conclusion, PassportShipping provides a solid service that does what it promises. Their assistance has been beneficial for our business, and I appreciate their support.

**What do you dislike about Passport?**

Firstly, we experienced a hiccup with some deliveries to Canada early on. The issue stemmed from a problem with one of their delivery companies, leading to a delay of 3-4 weeks before our customer received their package. While this was not directly PassportShipping's mistake, we would have appreciated a quicker resolution.

Secondly, while PassportShipping does an excellent job with international deliveries, they currently do not offer a solution for handling returns. As an e-commerce business, managing returns is a significant part of our operations. It would significantly enhance their service if they could offer local returns and inspect returned items. This would streamline our return process and provide a more comprehensive end-to-end solution, improving customer satisfaction.

PassportShipping is solving several critical problems for us, primarily revolving around the complexities of international shipping from our US warehouse to places outside the US.

**What do you like best about Passport?**

I currently work for a company utilizing Passport for about a year and a half, and it's been a wonderful experience. Their team is incredibly knowledgeable, resourceful and always available to assist with any questions or issues we've ever had. It's massively helped out our ever-growing international customer base.

**What do you dislike about Passport?**

With Passport, the shipping costs ensure no customs/import taxes are levied against our customers for their packages, which is amazing. This feature does cause shipping rates to be much higher than most customers anticipate, and we wish there were clarity within the shipping option that explained or detailed what makes up the cost.

**What problems is Passport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since switching to Passport, our company has had peace of mind regarding international shipping that we've never had before.  With Passport, the shipping costs ensure no customs/import taxes are levied against our customers for their packages, which is fantastic.

**What do you like best about Passport?**

There are many things Passport excels at but 1 main thing comes to mind  - their support. Many services offer international logistics, but Passport's support team knocks it out of the park. From the account executive to support staff, many of our queries are resolved promptly and efficiently. Everyone can ship at reasonable/affordable pricing and get it to the door within x number of days. Still, not everyone provides the same level of care and attentiveness when things hit the fan, which separates Passport from the competition.

**What do you dislike about Passport?**

Sometimes there are longer transit times, but that's understandable as remote domestic US shipping can also take forever. The only thing would be affordable international return solutions, but that is also a tough solution to be cost-effective.

Some international returns. Affordable international shipping and support.

**What do you dislike about Passport?**

Some customers have difficulty with the lack of tracking due to transfer delays. Primarily when a package gets held up at customs, but that's mostly a customer issue rather than Passport. Ideally, we could see daily updates for delayed packages.

**What problems is Passport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All of our international shipments are sent through Passport at this time. This greatly helps our shipping costs and satisfies our international customers with Passport's in-depth tracking page.

**What do you like best about Passport?**

Passport has excellent details when the package is received at their facility. They have been extremely easy to work with to create the best international shipping options for our customers. Great support. Friendly staff. Accurate estimate shipping deadlines.

**What do you dislike about Passport?**

My biggest issue with Passport is limited first mile tracking information. Customers inquire about order status since there is a 7-10 day period before clearing customs.

**What problems is Passport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

International shipping is complicated and we don't have to worry about all of the aspects of international shipping when it comes to Passport. They work directly with our 3PL regarding logistics.

**What do you like best about Passport?**

Very easy integration with Shopify and virtually unbeatable shipping rates. Turnkey service. Really easy to take your business global.

**What do you dislike about Passport?**

There's a gap in time with tracking when the package transfers to the local office. Our international orders tend to have more WISMO customer service tickets.

**What problems is Passport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our marketing connects our business with consumers worldwide, particularly in Europe and North America. However, our fulfillment is only optimized for the US. Passport makes it easy to fulfill consumer orders in Europe and North America.

**What do you like best about Passport?**

Passport is great because it allowed our business to scale to international markets without adding excessive compliance burden. We've been able to generate additional revenue from those new markets.

**What do you dislike about Passport?**

Sometimes, packages can get stuck in the first-mile facility for a bit longer than desired. However, this can easily be alleviated by managing expectations on fulfillment/shipping timelines with our customers.

**What problems is Passport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Passport allowed us to expand to Canada and the UK without increasing the compliance burden on our already busy team.

**What do you like best about Passport?**

Our CSM, Rachel is amazing. Anytime we need support she is right there - and that goes a long way for us. They make our international delivery much more seamless and we're proud to have recently added another country!

**What do you dislike about Passport?**

We've had historic issues with delivery and tracking links not working properly, and it can at times exceed our delivery SLA.  We've also experienced a spike in lost packages but the team quickly helped us resolve the issue!

They allow us to seamlessly fulfil to many countries with ease! They've assisted us in the set up process and answer all of our questions promplty. I truly am thankful to have Passport as our partner.

Passport is a one-stop shop for all your international shipping needs, tax calculation, tax remittance and customs clearance.

Nothing at all! We absolutely love Passport

Taxes and Customs are our biggest issues and Passport does a fantastic job of handling this, as well as getting packages to their location on time and in prompt fashion.

Sometimes the links for local shipping aren't super easy to use and the tracking number has to be copied over. Sometimes shipping is very slow.
