It does so much more than your ordinary sales tool. It really takes the place of 3 or 4 different pieces of software. I personally love the ability to transform data from Salesforce into charts. It is also used by project managers, sales and marketing teams, along with billing and accounting to check status's of projects and who will be paying us from it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I believe the customer support and tech support groups could be better. Sometimes when you have a question, you go to them for a quick answer and turns out you dont get it right away and have to wait, which can be frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's easy to use and essential in making sure data is consistent across numerous objects. Aggregating Data across numerous objects into one field -- a piece of cake. Roll Up Helper has been key in helping our Salesforce Org display data ('roll-up') data across multiple objects. Salesforce has limitations in how many roll-ups (and what field types) and this has been a life saver for us, especially without having to do any custom coding.
