2.Ease of use
3.Ability to check errors (Health Check)
4. Ability to schedule the roll up jobs and to execute the jobs real time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1.The rollups are executed in a batch mode which might lead to delay in execution.

Rollup Helper can help me to achieve something that Salesforce did not offer in their product out of the box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It consumes a lot of resources on Salesforce. The Apex Batch Jobs is always holding other jobs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some great things about the roll-up helper are its ease of installation and its ability to roll up summary non-related objects. I also like the easy navigation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ideally, rolling up millions of records on all custom objects would be very useful when working with items that have many records. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The biggest win for me and my team was always the ability to sum fields that SFDC couldn't do with it's native tech. Summing formulas, or other random field types was a major win that eliminates a huge frustration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing with the tech itself, but sometimes it was hard to get in touch with customer service. You don't need them often, but when you do it can sometimes be difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love being able to rollup values from child objects that aren't accessible with standard Salesforce functionality (for example, Opportunities to the Account). Also, you can filter the rollup results (such as by role on tasks and events) and roll up values such as dates, names, contract value amounts, etc. NOT just min max or count that you're stuck with via standard Salesforce functionality. The support team is super helpful and fairly responsive considering we don't pay extra for support. Think about your Salesforce instance and you can probably think of at least 3 bits of data that you'd like to roll up to create a report that, for instance, outlines how many touches the Account owner has made on each of his/her Accounts; how many MDR Qualified opps actually close or what product lines ISN'T your client using - so sales can easily cross sell, and CS can easily support. That's what you get with the free version, and the paid version isn't nearly as expensive as you'd expect, it's actually quite cheap. It more than pays for itself with the reduced clicks and top-level summaries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not a damned thing - frankly I can't do my Salesforce Admin job nearly as well as I do without the paid version of this product. It overcomes standard functionality issues and reduces clicks which optimizes my teams' time in app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Tool helps to roll up field values of child records on the parent record. The tool offers conditional rollup to limit records using field conditions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Number of fields that can be used is a challenge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The functionality is very robust and very easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I don't like is that it is a managed package which makes it difficult at times to understand errors and pinpoint events. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Rollup helper adds an additional function that is otherwise difficult to obtain for creating summary fields in our SF environment. We create rollups from various objects that can sit on a hierarchy and we use them a lot in reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While the functionality is useful, the environment to create these rollups is really laggy and crashes a lot. If you accidentally click on the wrong button, you have to exit the environment completly and start over which is really time-consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the fact that any Salesforce data: count, sum, mix, max, average, percent, lookups, text, formulae etc. can be rolled up by Rollup helper. The data changes happen in real time, and this is the best feature of this software. Salesforce customizable effort is also reduced, thereby getting more time on hand for other important work. It’s a little expensive to begin with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Rollup Helpers helps me roll up information based on filters and get around the Salesforce limitations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The query ans setting up the parameters are a little challenging and takes some thought to get it right. Having some issues with realtime updates and dependent on nightly batch processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
