As a marketer this product helps me to align with my partners goals. I can drive regional events and also narrow down target audiences with the help of PartnerTap.

Filters to file down data are confusing.

**What problems is PartnerTap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sometimes my partners don't know who to target and how to target them. PartnerTap helps me to narrow down the data and also decide what marketing avenue would be best to utilize (in person, virtual, drip campaign, etc)

Gone are the days of pulling up your accounts with your partners. Connect both of your accounts to Salesforce and you can view both of your overlapping accounts in seconds. Thanks, PartnerTap! I can confidently say you've uncovered many opportunities for me and my partners.

Nothing really. Get as many parters on PartnerTap as you can!

PartnerTap helps sales teams co-sell with partners by locating all available sales opportunities inside our current partner network.
With the help of PartnerTap, I can pursue both the prospects in my pipeline that are already partners' clients as well as prospects that I share with my partner.
It makes it easier for my team and I to work with various partners and develop a robust co-sell pipeline.

Not being able to connect with partners (prospective and existing) in order to size partnering opportunity can slow down partnership conversations
Not knowing where to focus our partnership efforts and focus on the best accounts and opportunities

I like the ability to team with my channel.  Its important to me to know who is involved on the manufacturer's side down to the end user contacts.  This simplifies and amplifies the product messaging and makes sure we find the solution that is best for the customer.

It would be nice to email or contact the channel reps for a mutual account directly from the app to get communication rolling.

I am have geographical zip codes across the US. PartnerTap allows me to quickly and easily align with my partners.

No real downsides of using it. The goal is to connect and be able to partner on accounts and it gives me the ability to do that.

The fact that I overlap with a number of partners and because I am assigned zipcodes across the country it can be time consuming to find the right partner to connect with. PartnerTap gives me an easy portal to find the right person quickly an communicate with them effectively.

Eliminates cordinated partner accounts missing out on sales opportunities. Cretes cohesivness between partner and sales team.

One of the things I would like to point out is the support and guidance the people at Partner Tap provide. They're great with explanations, demos and follow up.
The platform is easy to use and flexible when it comes to sharing information with others.

So far it has been easy to set up the integration and identify which areas of your CRM you would like to share. The team at PartnerTap is extremely helpful and very responsive.

So far I can't identify anything wrong with the platform since it performs as it should.

**What problems is PartnerTap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PartnerTap is opening up more collaboration between us and our supplier. As a reseller, we use this tool to sync CRMs with the supplier to identify similar leads in which we can then work side-by-side to drive the leads to conversion. We are in the early stages, but so far the tool is straightforward, easy to use and set up.

B2B prospecting tool catered to the channel ecosystem - prospect sourcing based on solution/product criteria, opportunity sourcing with ease, strengthens the ability to co-sell and cross-sell with strategic partnerships and nurture new collaborations.

Wish I had it sooner, but I am certainly going to leverage it now.

**What do you like best about PartnerTap?**

Easy to use - can identify potential opportunities to connect with partners within minutes of going through your "Tap".  Well organized and intuitive - time is gold in sales, and sales enablement tools need to provide quick returns with limited effort...have never used another sales tool that does this better.  You can log into the app for the first time, see potential partners that share your accounts mapped from your CRM, connect with those partners, and start collaborating in minutes!  Gamechanger!

**What do you dislike about PartnerTap?**

Nothing to dislike about this app!  The more sales organizations who are utilizing PT, the more valuable it becomes!

**What problems is PartnerTap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In a sales space that is flush with a number of partners, and potential partners it really helps organize the collaboration and identification of when a partner is engaged with one of your accounts you are working.  There's no other way to do this...spreadsheets are fine for tracking shared opps, but territories inevitably change and spreadsheets don't allow for the instant notification of when a partner is engaged with one of your accounts.

**What do you like best about PartnerTap?**

PartnerTap does a good job of automating data mapping so I don't have to manually work through multiple disparate excel spreadsheets and equally keeping up with the data mapping - PartnerTap can automate the syncing and mapping so I don't have to spend hours a month on it myself.

**What do you dislike about PartnerTap?**

Best case scenario is to get other partners onto the platform so their data syncs automatically as well as develop a common affinity to rule out duplicates or incorrect matches. Some planning in advance of rolling it out will be helpful to a master strategy.

**What problems is PartnerTap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest challenge we have is trying to align our sales teams and go to market with where our partners are strong. Often that data is challenging to share because it isn't in a refined, easy to accessible document or filtering it would be too problematic. PartnerTap solves for those and gives us the mapping intelligence that we need.

PartnerTap came out of left field from me as a partner we work with invited me to join. What an amazing program! I can literally strategize on accounts and leadshare with those I connect with easily.

**What do you dislike about PartnerTap?**

None so far! Everything I've experienced so far makes the program easy. I even had an initial onboarding call with the CEO which was a surprise but great to see.

It's allowing me to connect with partners and explore any mutual accounts and leadshare with them easily. I haven't seen another program out there that does this so well.

I've used PartnerTap at multiple companies now.  Always a great experience that seems to be evolving in a great direction.

Nothing glaring. To maximize the software you need your counter parts at other companies to get on the tool as well.

Before using PartnerTap, we would spend hours filtering account lists and managing multiple spreadsheets to find overlap with our partners. Now with PartnerTap, I can upload a spreadsheet and start having more insightful conversations with our partners within minutes. With additional integration into our Salesforce, the sales teams can now access the account information in real-time and focus on the accounts with opportunities.

**What do you dislike about PartnerTap?**

Ideally, there would be better integration with existing Salesforce objects, but the development behind PartnerTap has been significant. They've taken feedback and suggestions and incorporated them into the product.

PartnerTap has simplified our account mapping process and streamlined it into the hands of our field sellers. We can, within minutes, map hundreds of accounts that would previously take days.

I like the simplicity of finding others working the same accounts from other, possibly complementing, companies.  It's very easy to set up, use, and navigate the platform!

I was introduced to it quickly but not given formal training.  I need to learn more about the capabilities as I'm sure there are great ways in which I'm not yet using the platform.

It's giving me easier access to those who know more about the people and accounts I'm targeting.  Insights into how others broke into the account, or even personality quirks, are huge in hunting sales!

I love being able to cross-sell with other Sales Professionals. The ability to work smart and not hard at its finest! The instant PartnerTap data into our CRM is a bonus!

**What do you dislike about PartnerTap?**

No dislikes I can say about using PartnerTap!

**What problems is PartnerTap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everyone knows that gaining access to a prospect is the hardest part of our job. If we can leverage a partner who can share intel and insights into an account that is either their client or they've had conversations with, it will help tremendously in how we target the prospect.

**What do you like best about PartnerTap?**

If there is a strong value proposition to the partnership, PartnerTap is a good concept. Also, it requires both parties to actively maintain their data. If this is done, it would provide good value.

**What do you dislike about PartnerTap?**

We don't use Salesforce, but another fairly popular CRM. Unfortunately, this CRM is not integrated. Our sales team does great work in the CRM, hard to maintain two systems.

Identifying cross sell opporunties.

Works great to stay connected and gain intel that I don't have or that i can provide.

I haven't really found any things that I dislike for say, however, but there is always room for improvement. I do believe that it could use a buff in seamless ecosystem that unifies all results a little easier but other than that I find no flaws it works really well

It solves the issues of not knowing who to contact, makes it easier for enterprise, mid market and small market, people to collaborate with one another, and not be worried about the data overlap

**What do you like best about PartnerTap?**

I like the ability to team up with other reps from our marketplace to prospect mutual accounts.  I have gotten leads sent through PartnerTap and learned great intel from this app.  Would highly recommend it.

**What do you dislike about PartnerTap?**

I'm not sure if this is because of PartnerTap, but I've reached out to partners and never gotten a response from them.  I have quite a few connections; some representatives are super responsive while others aren't.

**What problems is PartnerTap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem that PartnerTap is solving is the disconnect between business partners.  I'm able to see who is working on what accounts and be directly connected with them and learn more about those accounts or get/send leads.

Sometimes the shared accounts do not match with the partners I am working with, but I realize that it could be caused by issues from the data it pulls from SF.

I can upload an indefinite amount of accounts and the mapping gets completed very fast.  It saves me a lot of time and it allows me and my partners to focus on the right priorities.

Nothing specific that I dislike but rather it would be great if this becomes the norm as a standard/mandatory tool for every partner to adopt and use.

It saves a tremendous amount of time.  Rather than having separate excel spreadsheets per partner and per rep and having to map them individually, PartnerTap allows you to map it automatically!

**What do you like best about PartnerTap?**

the simplicity of this tool is that there is no spreadsheets and any way of client data being intercepted so this is a brilliantly secure way of account mapping and showing where we are engaged and working on accounts with the chosen provider.

**What do you dislike about PartnerTap?**

There is nothing that shows me that this tool does not deliver what we need to drive a successful partnership. The interface is easy to use and we had some teething problems mapping the accounts but this was quickly addressed.

**Recommendations to others considering PartnerTap:**

If you want a way to securely share joint target accounts and want to allow for collaboration and dynamic updates to be made then this is the tool of the century!

**What problems is PartnerTap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Secure mapping of joint target accounts that are being worked on and doing this securely is key so no spreadsheets and any chance of the data being intercepted or viewed by someone we dont want.

The ability for multiple partners to share all or a portion of their pipeline and PartnerTap to immediately find connections between the organizations is invaluable. Gone are the days of manually using spreadsheets an hour long phone conversations trying to verify pipeline between partners.

Nothing at the moment. Adoption by the larger software companies will make it even more valuable

PartnerTap makes it simple to connect with partners and share account lists. You can upload lists or seamless connect with your CRM system. This has been a great resource to utilize as we grow our channel business.

**What do you like best about PartnerTap?**

Very easy to use interface with straightforward click-through design. The application allows you to quickly and easily compare your SalesForce accounts against partners accounts to find joint customers, prospects, and greenfield opportunities. What used to take me several hours per week in reporting was reduced to 30 minutes. As our SalesForce gets updated daily/weekly by our sellers, I don't need to worry about running .csv files for vlookups. With seamless integration between Partner Tap and SalesForce, this is a mundane task that I no longer had to do.

**What do you dislike about PartnerTap?**

The only drawback of Partner Tap today is folder creation when working with multiple partners and uploading files. I like everything to belong to a single partner in one folder vs. everything in a folder. I do believe their teams are looking and changing this feature.

**What problems is PartnerTap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving the need to look up partner accounts against our SalesForce manually. Partner Tap gives us nearly instant results of joint customers, hot prospects, and accounts we can mutually go after. With one partner, we were quickly able to identify over 20,000 accounts that were customers and prospects. We were able to align our respective sales organizations in the matter of a few days to share the results and have teams prospect the accounts, plus get introductions going for the current customers.
