The cooperation included the construction and development of an affiliate programme for our software house. From the very first conversation, Kacper Gugała demonstrated a highly professional and consultative approach. He accurately identified our needs at GradientHouse and offered support in the form of individual mentoring. During the 3 months of weekly workshops, he was always well prepared, offered advice and had a mass of customised real-life examples. This approach made it significantly easier to translate complex issues into the reality of our business. I particularly value the tangible effects of this cooperation. Thanks to Kacper's knowledge and involvement, we managed to avoid several potential mistakes and unnecessary costs related to the launch of the affiliate programme, optimising its shape in relation to the originally planned form.
