They also take the time to connect you with partners on their platform but also introduce partnerships that not your average affiliate partnership. They take the connection past the platform and into the industry through brand to brand introductions as well as recommendations on who to work with on the platform. **What do you dislike about Partnerize?** Sometimes it can be very time consuming to connect with a new partner via the platform and then onboard with that partner. Another thing is that a few partners will be categorised under their operating country, i.e. UK or US, but also have an audience in AUS... Unfortunately you won't know that until you have a conversation with that partner. It would be nice to have a "media" kit on audience size in each country they are active in. It would also be nice to have a function that identifies and recommends similar partners to the one's that you are seeing a lot of success/conversions from. **Recommendations to others considering Partnerize:** Partnerize is there to support you with your needs and objectives. Have an open conversation with them on what you are trying to achieve and they will provide their recommendations and connections tailored to you. I typically reward new visitor focused partners more aggressively than those at the lower funnel levels - in relation to the overall LTV that is brought in. **What do you dislike about Partnerize?** I haven't found any downsides yet! Partnerize is rock solid on that account. The C-Level team is very engaged. However, that engagement does not seem to be part of the platform at a cultural level. **What do you dislike about Partnerize?** On, what seems to be a quarterly basis, we will have a technical issue with some change on the platform that requires technical support. Every time that's happened the support has been either nonexistent or very slow. Additionally documentation when it comes to the API is terrible. Basic functionality that we would expect to find in an affiliate network (I realize Partnerize is more) is just not available in the UI. Reporting is overly complicated to pull. **Recommendations to others considering Partnerize:** None at this time. I have bi-weekly calls with our rep to discuss any issues we're having and to learn about new features coming down the pipeline. They also have a support email that our affiliates can reach out to if they're having any issues with the platform or need help navigating it. Our team is very lean so this support allows us to focus on other areas. **What do you dislike about Partnerize?** Nothing really comes to mind. I think our Director would say she wishes we paid a little less but that's mostly because we have such a small budget for tools and platforms. We paid less with our previous platform but you definitely get what you pay for and we're very happy with our decision to move to Partnerize. **What problems is Partnerize solving and how is that benefiting you?** Partnerize solved two big problems for us. It lighted our load in terms of the number of emails we need to respond to. Most of the questions we get are related to the platform and we love that we can direct them to the Partnerize support email. The other problem it solved, which was the biggest, was around our payments. We were coordinating hundreds of payments to our affiliates each quarter which was a lot of work for us as well as our finance team. With Partnerize we're able to make one payment to them each month and they handle all aspects of payment with each of our affiliates. ### 33. Both are great. Reporting is robust, and the documentation is helpful. The Partnerize staff is always very kind, professional and quick to respond. The platform is easy to use and seems to be constantly evolving. There always seems to be new features right around the corner. **What do you dislike about Partnerize?** There really isn't much to dislike about such a powerful platform. If I had to be nitpicky and choose something it would likely be something along the lines of the reporting. The more advanced reporting is somewhat limited when it comes to pivoting the data with certain attributes. You're only allowed to create report pivots with some of the standard attributes, not with custom data, like publisher references. Not the end of the world though. Simply exporting the data from the Partnerize platform and opening it in Excel will let you achieve the same thing. **Recommendations to others considering Partnerize:** There are a lot of other affiliate platforms out there right now. Consider the documentation or them and how the support is. Partnerize is amazing at both of those and when you need support, for whatever reason, you'll be glad you chose Partnerize. **What problems is Partnerize solving and how is that benefiting you?** There are so many affiliate platforms available. But none gives the same hands-on approach that Partnerize does. I have monthly calls with our rep to go over new features or introductions to new clients, or even just going over report publisher-specific reports and something they noticed that I missed. I'm able to reach more publishers much more easily than if I were to reach out on my own. And tracking the performance of those publishers is so simple. They make sending payments out to publishers a breeze. They have great API to handle lots of different types of transaction requests too. ### 34. Where it shines is around the commissioning rules to commission on any meta parameter along with it's reporting and the ability to export every detail of an order to dive deeper into a partner's performance. As a SaaS platform, enhancements are always being worked on to improve usability and they take feedback from partners on what features are needed. Another reason we chose Partnerize was their ability to make payments to partners globally. Support is generally quite helpful in answering any questions within a reasonable time. **What do you dislike about Partnerize?** Some newly released enhancements to current tools lack features at the start that were available in the legacy version or can make the same process a bit more convoluted and I find myself using the legacy versions more when available. Since Partnerize is a SaaS platform, affiliate recruitment help will be limited and you'll need to rely mostly on the publisher recruitment tool itself. There's also no help with strategies in working with affiliates or insights into the market performance like with other networks.
