Although Part3 can be easily used on tablets and iOS, it does not have a dedicated app. Something about that makes me a little uneasy in the field. The ability to edit change orders and quotes that have already been issued is a bit clunky since the payment tools are still being developed. The means for annotating and marking submittals are also tricky to use. They are not as convenient as the tools in Bluebeam, making the consultants less inclined to review submittals within Part3.
