I moved into the position several years ago so have no idea if we pay for anything with parchment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a high school registrar of approximately 1000 students, the efficience and ease of implementation to use parchment in the processing of transcripts has made my job exponentially easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I had two different great experiences with Parchment. Especially, my second experience was a printed order that would be sent to Turkey from the USA. I was looking for my credits/grades at several community colleges I have attended throughout the years. In the past, it was a difficult, unsuccessful task. With Parchment, it was fast, effective, and efficient. It was clear to me what was going to be happening and what I needed to do to send those credits to certain colleges and to myself. I love Parchment. It is highly user-friendly and practically thinks for you. I was tasked with manually processing each transcript request for up to 500 graduates going to college, and now with Parchment, our district can do everything electronically in a fraction of the time. The staff at Parchment are extremely helpful to the communities they provide the service for and the users. So far, I haven't disliked anything. It's a simple process to upload learner information and credentials, plus, user friendly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Parchment makes transcript ordering and tracking easy and efficient. Our high school students and alumni can easily place orders and track when institutions are in receipt of the document. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It would be great if receiving institutions received alerts when they had a new transcript available for download in their Parchment account. I've spent a lot of time this fall calling universities to alert them they have a transcript available for download. They are surprised when I call with the DID number and typically respond they didn't know a document was sent. An alert would save the sending and receiving institutions a lot of time and would make the overall sending/receiving process even more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a school counselor, my time is minimal and best spent working directly with students. By allowing batch uploads of transcripts, Parchment significantly reduces the time I spend sending transcripts. I also love how easily I can send registration links to my students, making it simple for them to set up their accounts and begin sending their transcripts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would like Parchment to clarify to students that they don't need to complete all of the information to send their transcripts. This could be a great tool for college searches. However, it often blocks students from completing their registration simply because they may not know their GPA or SAT scores. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
