I really appreciate Paradigm's great customer service; their team ensures I thoroughly understand all authorizations and how to input them into my CRM system, which is crucial for pulling invoices correctly. Their responsiveness is outstanding, as they answer my calls or return them within the same business day, which makes me feel valued and supported. They even go the extra mile by calling to make sure everything is going smoothly on my end, which shows their dedication to customer satisfaction. Additionally, the implementation of Paradigm was smooth and completed on time, which made the initial transition a breeze. The training provided is effective, ensuring that I am comfortable and proficient in using the software for VA invoice processing to Optum. I have found everyone in the organization to be extremely helpful, and the response is always prompt. I've never encountered any difficulty with the initial setup, and their assistance during re-certification processes has been invaluable. Their support in dealing with the administrative aspects of payments occasionally has always been effective, making sure that any issues are promptly resolved. Overall, my experience with Paradigm has been one of consistent help and effectiveness.

Unable to deactivate clients in the portal. Need to ask the support team to do it.

We previously experienced some disconnect between departments. However, this issue appears to have been addressed recently, as having a single account manager who advocates for our needs has helped improve communication.

Paradigm manages all of our VA billing, making the process much smoother for us. In addition, Paradigm has provided valuable industry insights that have been especially helpful when working with a complex partner like the VA.

**What do you like best about Paradigm?**

Uploading the transaction detail for each of my staffs visits with Veteran's makes processing claims with Optum much easier.  I am always able to determine where my claims stands and when to expect payment.

**What do you dislike about Paradigm?**

We have had frequent account manager changes.  At times they have not alway communicated that our manager has changed until I try to reach out to the contact person I have been dealing with and they are no longer there.

Electronic claims processing with Optum using this platform has been easy.

I am concerned that Paradigm doesn't notify me when a client is not being billed for reasons that I might not be aware of. This gap in communication can lead to issues with managing client accounts effectively.
