I don’t have many negative things to say; I would just like the tasks to be better organized. Sometimes, certain tasks end up at the bottom of the list, even when sorted by date, which makes it harder to clearly see the pending tasks. But that’s the only recommendation I have. I use practice panther to remain paperless and control all of my files. The system is super user friendly and you can even copy a code into your emails. Then the email automatically attaches to the file. This software is absolutely amazing for billing as well. Makes drawing from your retainers a breeze and keeps track of everything accordingly.
