They don't follow through on what is agreed upon. Unprepared to deliver professional level services. The errors and poor presentation can undermine DEI efforts. When feedback is given with requests to rectify the issue, they do not follow up and cancel on you last minute for months on end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
