Using Parade's AI-powered platform, brokerages can develop dedicated digital capacity and book more loads. Parade integrates with every part of the freight technology stack, including the TMS, to source capacity, match freight, and manage relationships. Being able to send out Book Now rates directly to my network has proved advantageous daily. **What do you dislike about Parade?** ** A recent update has cause a huge disruption to how we cover freigth and find in network carriers. After several discussions with the IT team, they have determined that they cannot deactivate the update and this feature has become very difficult to use this tool to cover freight. We are hoping that they can change this back, or add an additional feature to bring back the original method of sourcing in network options. Just took a while to learn all of the functionality of the program. Having to remember every carrier we have blocked in our system and transfer that information into Parade can be tedious. Wish EDI would copy blocked carrier information and keep them off my carrier feed within Parade. **What problems is Parade solving and how is that benefiting you?** It used to be compiling lists of carriers based on lane preferences helps us daily to cover freight. Building profiles for carriers is easy and once set up, the automation of having preferred lanes sent out to proper carrier options. Due to recent updates, this has been extremely difficult to do and doesn't pull the same information and has removed the ease of that functionality. ### 2. It is one of the most advanced tools for carrier sales in the freight industry and it is also very easy to use. **What do you dislike about Parade?** It has some issues with compliance it doesn't identify good or bad carriers. **What problems is Parade solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps a lot with volume, we are not able to offer all loads to every single carrier and that is something Parade does for us. ### 3. It's very simply to use and integrates with little effort - IT support is great! Our customers (aka clients) are also benefiting from the additional options for carriers to view loads, send bids to individual brokers, opt to book it now at any time of day or night, and for us to easily search out carriers who will match the needs of each individual shipment to carriers available with the right equipment. We utilize Parade every single day with all of our loads. I had no issues implementing the many different options and messaging services. **What do you dislike about Parade?** I have not yet found any issues I dislike about Parade. It is well worth having if you're in the transportation industry as I am! **What problems is Parade solving and how is that benefiting you?** Parade has lessened the sheer amount of work involved in trying to locate an eligible carrier for some of my more complicated client loads but it's also great that carriers can access our available shipments and reach out at any time to bid or book now. The most successful way to match my needs for particular carrier requirements against the thousands of options of carriers in the in a timely manner and gain the larger audients with the least amount of redudancy in work is a BIG lifesaver! ### 4. The product is super easy to use. Integrates with our TMS seamlessly. The automation options are especially great. **What do you dislike about Parade?** The front work to get data and carriers set up can be time consuming on carrier sales reps. **What problems is Parade solving and how is that benefiting you?** We found ourselves onboarding new carriers mroe often than trying to re-load our preferred carriers.
