It's structured in such a way that it's easy to find everything you need with enough personalisation functionality to creative a portal that suits your businesses needs. We use it for a range of different things from simple guidelines and how to's, creative templates and a DAM which holds imagery and video. It's an excellent solution to bring order to chaos in terms of brand and visual content. One handy features is the ability to timestamp pages or set expiry dates on digital assets so people using the system know the information is up to date. From the first call I loved their dedication to helping us find the best options and way for implementation. Their support was very helpful for us given the short time in which we had to launch the site.
