Helped our global, de-centralized team maintain brand consistency across key markets including markets where budget was minimal and markets that needed to adapt content for local languages and photos. Also helped us build and maintain a robust DAM. Tool is incredibly easy to use for end users and is frequently used within organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Papirfly DAM & Templated Content Creation?

Cost of Papirfly goes up annually and there's no roadmap for previous customers to smoothly integrate to the new Stencil tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm not a customer but it would be beneficial to have eSignature doc management and standard pricing. Vendor partners claim that pricing varies. It would also be beneficial if there was a way to pilot (free) to evaluate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Super easy to use, and no room to mess anything up. It's straight forward and always gives a consistent brand. Customer support is also very good, with a quick response and always thinking along with you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The templates are only customizable for us at the beginning during the design stage with Papirfly. I cannot change the templates myself, which is sometimes causing no new innovations for brand updates etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Papirfly DAM & Templated Content Creation?

Very easy to use CMS with basic training. Digital assets(images, videos, documents) can be uploaded in the DAM and be used in web pages to promote them further. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are some opportunities for improvement on the DAM, For example:

- allow admin users to enter new metadata fields with datasets in addition to the Global category tree.

- Improved perfomance for mass upload of big assets, no time out, other upload possiblities (hot just https. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
