Often times the request gets lost internally, and we never get a response for technical issues that the first line responder cannot answer themselves. The Asset Provider Service lacks basic functionality like being able to serve transparent images, even if the source image has transparency. This is blocking us from switching away from using their old SOAP API. They should work on improving their asset provider service to match functionality provided by other service providers, like Cloudinary. The freedom you have with making it your own is incredible and stands out from the rest. Once I got training on it, I was amazed with how well organized everything is and easy to fund stuff.
