Papermark helps me in sharing my document securely and allowing me to track and get analysis like who viewed the document and how long they spent on each page and viewer location also as it is super easy to implement to any new user and its integration is super simple as we use 5-6 times a day on daily basis which helps us to customise our custom branding and its AI features are too good for summarizing any content with marvellous file support and also its customer support is super friendly and intelligent and quick responsive too. It has limited advanced features, and its self-hosting complexity is high and its interface have some glitch or lagging issue that needs to be solved and mainly there is a document limits on free plan. as it also has many more flaws that i need to share such as whenever i open the homepage it lags like it never existed and i need to close the program and relaunching it every time. While the core functionality is solid, the user interface and feature set could use refinement. I’d like to see more control over the viewer experience and an overall expansion of capabilities. The visitor feedback UI, for example, could be more minimalist to align better with Papermark’s clean design. While it performs well as a document-sharing tool, I would love to see it evolve into a broader startup platform — especially with bundled services like the newly introduced Papermark Data Room. I switched to Papermark from DocSend after getting a few too many messages saying my pitch deck was blurry or unreadable. I might’ve lost a few potential investors because of Docsend.
