Very ease to use to set up invitations and invitees. Great features to track responses and options for follow ups. Customer support response was quick when I had an issue understanding certain price points. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The additional costs for design features is pricey on a small business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Paperless post is a great service for invitations and tracking responses. Even the free invitations are useful and you get the same tracking options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The mobile version could use some upgrades. The tracking is difficult and it's not easy to see the total number of attendees vs. total number of emails attending. If one email address accounts for multiple people in their party, I'd like to be able to see that easier and calculate totals on a dashboard similar to the desktop version. I like that I can create, send out, and check RSVP's all from my phone. It is very easy to use, and all responses, including when the invitation was opened, are included in the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The coins are a bit confusing, and it makes the user think there isn't a free option. However, the entire invitation/RSVP process can be free if you choose the option without an envelope. Editing the invitation and then reviewing the coin costs really helped me solve the issue with the coins. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I created a Paperless Post account after receiving an electronic invitation flyer from a friend. So far, I have only used their flyer option, and I was really happy with the ease and functionality of it. Not only were there a few good layouts to choose from, but it was easy and quick to customize. You can choose to collect RSVPs, which makes things so easy because it shows you an updated guest list anytime you login. You can even specify if you'd like a headcount of children and adults (so you know how many of each are coming). You can also choose to set a maximum number of guests allowed per invitation. You can send the invite via text, email, or even share the link on social media. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The flyer version does not track emails that have been bounced back, but I believe the card invites do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Paperless post is great for maintaining RSVPs and being able to send invitations to events through another medium that is more noticeable and has reminder follow-ups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Paperless post lacks in integration with other message boards in comparison to other products. However, I don’t believe there are many negatives to the product otherwise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like this platform. I recently used it to make an invite for a birthday party. I looked for an option that I could send to friends via text. I love that when opened from text, it opens to a full, adorable invite that takes up the whole phone screen. Feels like you're receiving a real, paper invite. When you add an RSVP button to your invite, you can even easily manage guest count - love. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm happy with this product all around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The customization and level of quality in terms of design is incredible with Paperless Post. The tracking capability was a great addition, too. Another positive thing about these online platforms is that they are more efficient than, say, sending something through regular mail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's not really much that I dislike about them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love that the designs are very differentiated and high class as compared to their competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Every element that adds to the beauty of the invitations or cards costs additional money. The interface is not super user-friendly, either. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Paperless post is a decent way to send invites and meeting information in a classy and creative way. The interface is ok, could be a bit more user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Needs a better more user friendly web site interface. Seeks to try to attract a classier user and leaves the junk out! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
