Papercup is easy to set up. Running, it seems really fast, is somewhat intuitive, and has a great number of features for running and charging people. The advanced charging options provide some flexibility and I love the colors on the admin interface, and the whole system easily fit within our printer network. There's a few things we had to call tech support for. Their response has been fabulous. Unfortunately, there aren't many videos on the web or other places where you can research information to figure things out if you get stuck, so tech support is the best option.
