Pantheon is a great platform for large or complex sites, or where the reliability of the site is paramount. The development workflow is standard-setting, and the security and CDN seem rock-solid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Pantheon Support is a joke. Even if you have an Enterprise plan, you can't make a phone call, so you chat with someone who answers with canned AI-driven snippets that aren't related to the issue. They changed the terms of the plan I was on - I used to be able to make a call - and the user dashboard so it shows no billing contact info. They did not notify me of any of these changes, I received no notification when it was time to renew, no notification that my credit card expired and woke up one weekend to our website - a public company - being down. Support was non-existent and while I figured it out myself, I have yet to be contacted regarding my open ticket nearly 48 hours later. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
