Pantera allows for higher coordination amongst team members because every individual can track interactions and read updates. Pantera also grows the more you use it - the more bids you have submitted, the more historical data you have and you can track subcontractor relationships. Pantera also helps accelerate the process of bringing on new hires because they can filter results and find the right subcontractors to invite to bid. Overall Pantera has an extremely high potential. It is often very difficult to update and change entries for companies. This leads to having multiple entries for the same company which obscures interactions and disrupts records. Pantera also struggles with integration with Microsoft Excel. The import/export features are often tedious and do not allow for as much data cleansing as I would hope.
