What do you like best about Panoply?

Panoply solved a huge problem we had with trying to analyze our Paid Media Analytics. The platform is very intuitive and easy to use, any problems are solved efficiently by the support staff. Specifically Emerson (Sales) and Seth (Dev) have been incredibly helpful in the implementation of the dashboards and integration with the BI Tool, Trevor. We now have dashboards on the TV/Wall that display all of our Paid Media Analytics and it is all automated through Panoply. We use it every single day, on autopilot, once you set this platform up it takes very little to maintain the connections. They helped us build out custom flex connections for our CRM as well! What do you dislike about Panoply?

The downsides would be scratching our heads at times as to how to create custom flex connections. But the team took care of that and helped us build them out. Another thing that was difficult was the SQL Dashboarding inside of Panoply itself, as we are not a development team. What do you like best about Panoply?

Panoply is a great tool on its own, but the customer success team is really what sets the service apart. People like Ryan are always a pleasure to work with, whether we're asking for their help or just general guidance. They make it so easy to manage your data, whether you're a seasoned pro like some folks on our team, or more of an amateur like myself. Panoply was one of the first services I brought on when I started in my current role for a reason - they are a dependable partner that is truly there to support your data needs at every turn. What do you dislike about Panoply?

My only real dislike is the friction in automating the process of importing BigQuery data into Google Sheets. Since the BigQuery account is provisioned by Panoply, it cannot directly connect to a Sheet, which would be nice to be able to take advantage of the native Sheets<>BigQuery integration. As a workaround, I've been using another add-on to query the database and import results into Sheets. However, it would be nice to be able to use the native Sheets/BigQuery features for a more streamlined workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Panoply?

Panoply has been a game-changer in how we handle data, offering an incredibly intuitive and efficient platform that seamlessly bridges the gap between our low-code applications and Google's BigQuery tools. It's made development of data anallysis tools fast and effective for our small yet role diverse team.

What do you like best about Panoply?

What I've found most helpful is how fast, responsive, professional, and smart their support staff is. They've helped me trouble shoot a lot of issues, even offering advice on how to best write SQL queries to get exactly what I need out of the database. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Panoply?

Panoply makes accessing my company's data stored on AWS very easy. The data connector setup is flexible and easy to understand even without much data engineering experience. The customer support has also been great. Panoply is quick to respond to any question I've had and has helped me work through some nuanced issues with data import. What do you dislike about Panoply?

The only thing I can think of is the limit on query bytes, but querying data has inherent cost on any platform. If anything the query byte limit has improved my query efficiency! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Panoply?

The team are fantastic - support is quick and effective, with issues and questions being resolved quickly. One of the key value points for us is the ability to request custom connectors, built by the Panoply team - this means I don't need to resource this requirement and can focus my team on delivering insights, not developing data pipelines Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Workbench could be updated to predict column names while typing. I need to refresh the page of tables everytime a table is updated. When a table is searched for, it disappears if the page reloads and I have to search again (fixed filters would be good) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Panoply?
