Pando integrates full studio production with remote participants displayed on our 40-foot Pandorama video wall and up to 5,000 off-wall participants and observers. Our Pando studio can also hold up to 40 in person audience members! The Pando experience is like being in the studio audience of a live TV talk show, but where you can interact with the presenters and even have them bring you down from the audience so you are part of the show. It's the closest thing you can get to an in-person event, but still be conducted in a hybrid or completely virtual format. No travel, no hotels, no extra fuss. Just a unique, engaging, interactive experience. With so many people complaining about Zoom fatigue or Teams trauma, event organizers are constantly searching for better ways and new virtual tools to really create meaningful engagement with their audience. Streaming live and have pre-recorded video is a plus! Utilized this platform for an event shortly after Covid and it was great. User friendly for online attendees too. **What do you dislike about Pando Hybrid Events?** The pre-registration was too lengthy. Should be able to select what that process is if it's open to all or to only a selected group. Took longer than what people are used to with other online platforms like zoom and teams to get on, but once on - it was great. **What problems is Pando Hybrid Events solving and how is that benefiting you?** A platform that was good for in person and online for attendees who were participating in an event. ### 2. We utilized Pando for a broadcast-quality event that streamed live anywhere in the world. The event came together with live in-studio participation, virtual folks joining domestically and internationally, pre-recorded clips, and even a live band. The best part of the event was the team - they're critical thinkers, and they helped us problem-solve the run of show / script on the day of. Additionally, the studios are beautiful and the space is very inviting - we held a cocktail party before the broadcast and everything fit our needs perfectly. **What do you dislike about Pando Hybrid Events?** Our event was open to the general public. Signing into the platform is a bit more involved than some individuals are used to - it requires pre-registration and access via the email that was used. Some folks reported some difficulties logging in. Pando/Inception also has an option to simulcast into multiple locations across the country, which would allow for regional meetings to feel unified in a central location without the 'covid' risk of having a large group flying into one location. ### 5. Events with Pando truly elevate the level of interactivity and engagement creating an overall experience that is similar to live, face-to-face interaction. Pando enables you to level up your virtual meetings, through an immersive experience that is memorable and fun! I have all the confidence in the world that my events will go off without a problem. They are willing to help brainstorm ideas, work with us through round after round of changes, and are nimble and able to pivot quickly on site. They are great with my clients and I trust them 100%. **What do you dislike about Pando Hybrid Events?** Sometimes Pando can be cost-prohibitive. It's a heft upfront charge, and then each little nuance is an add-on and costs more money. While not a huge deal, it does make budgeting projects a bit difficult. I often have to estimate how much my overage charges will be while scoping for my clients. **Recommendations to others considering Pando Hybrid Events:** PANDO is great at managing live and pre-recorded events. I trust the team their 100% and they provide a unique product that you can't get elsewhere. **What problems is Pando Hybrid Events solving and how is that benefiting you?** Pando gives us the ability to connect people from many different places, in a clean, easy-to-use, and professional setting. Even during COVID when everyone is accustomed to being on Zoom, Pando provides a different and unique experience. Our speakers love being in the studio and interacting with their colleagues even though they are across the country. Pando provides a production value that you don't get on other platforms, and being in studio makes my speakers feel like they're TV stars! ### 7.
