The part of Pando I get the most value from are the manager-employee calibrations. It brings forward so many good conversations that leave you feeling aligned afterward. Sometimes navigating can be difficult. I find myself drilling deep looking for information, only to have to navigate away to find relevent contextual information. The team helped us integrate our values into the rubric to align values with team performance.
