"Builds more alignment and trust between the employee and manager."
5/5
What do you like best about Pando?

The part of Pando I get the most value from are the manager-employee calibrations. It brings forward so many good conversations that leave you feeling aligned afterward. Employees who are hard on themselves benefit from this too, because it allows the manager to use the conversation to build confidence in the employee's ability. What do you dislike about Pando?

Sometimes navigating can be difficult. I find myself drilling deep looking for information, only to have to navigate away to find relevent contextual information. Switching the navigation style from "nested" to a branching/bushy style navigation would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Adam Plachta of Pando

Thanks for the feedback here, Sebastian! I love that perspective on the employee calibrations--using structure and transparency to help someone realize their impact and abilities is such a great use case. You'll hear more about how soon, but we're making some upgrades to the UX this quarter based on user feedback. If there's any more you'd like to share, you know where to find me!

"Excellent for tracking career growth"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Pando?

Pando has a beautiful user interface, is intuitive to use and is highly customizable for each company. It's been a tool that allows me and my team members to keep track of their milestones in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pando?

So far, there's nothing I dislike. Pando is still growing and building, so there have been some hiccups along the way, but the humans behind Pando have been exceptionally kind and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Adam Plachta of Pando

Anna, thanks so much--we're quite proud of the design :) Achievement tracking was my favorite part of my very first demo--I'm glad you're team is liking it! We'd love to hear more about those hiccups to make sure we're resolving them--shoot me a note at adam@pando.com if you'd like to share more. Thanks again!

"Highly recommend Pando"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Pando?

Pando has built in competency-rubrics, and a library of competencies which we were able to use to build our performance framework. The team helped us integrate our values into the rubric to align values with team performance. The real-time feedback and structure ensures transparency around how employees are performing at a given time, and empowers them to take their development into their own hands. What do you dislike about Pando?

So far, everything is going well, we are just ramping up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Just in time career progression... entered the market just in time!"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Pando?

Pando is the best career development and leveling tool available on the market today. Its novel approach to an age-old question of how to provide career development information to individuals has really changed the game. The onboarding and implementation is probably the most valuable component because the team is very thoughtful in helping get you set up. This will lead to more usefulness long term—which is really exciting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pando?

Not much. There are some areas of the product that need more development, UI needs some work, but the product is new. This will come in time, I'm not worried. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
