**What do you like best about PAN?**

The upsides are clear: true expertise across disciplines and channels, as well as in the industries they serve; real results; comprehensive services paired with strong strategic counsel; and a partnership-oriented, collaborative affiliate model.

**What do you dislike about PAN?**

Nothing major to add here. I’ve worked with PAN across the aerospace & defense, healthcare tech, and cybersecurity markets. From time to time, I’ve had to share feedback about inconsistencies in communication between the team leads who owned each scope/program, and to remind them (e.g., the PR & media and content & social teams) to stay in lockstep. That way, when we secure coverage, everyone is aware and we’re ready with an integrated promotion plan across content/social, etc. Overall, though, I think needing a reset every so often is normal.

**Recommendations to others considering PAN:**

Given PAN’s credibility and expertise, I think new clients can expect real results within the first 90 days. That said, I’d encourage anyone starting out to play the long game: give PAN the runway to go deep and fully leverage their integrated brand-to-demand model. The impact may not feel instant, but in my experience, it’s worth the wait.

**What problems is PAN solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The PAN team brings strong command across brand and communications disciplines - from traditional PR/media and strategic comms to brand strategy, creative, and digital services - along with deep expertise in specific industries. **What do you like best about PAN?**

I like how PAN has helped our company become better known both in the HR industry and nationally. Their services in pitching stories and securing coverage in national and industry news sources have been invaluable. They also assist in developing content from our key recruiting and talent acquisition experts that receive byline coverage. Additionally, PAN has developed a smart and effective PR program with research and press releases related to our services and success stories. The consistency and expertise of the people they hire is impressive, with two key team members being with us since the start. They have provided us with the confidence to position ourselves as experts and gave us the connections to national and industry media sources. I am very happy with the services PAN delivers, and I appreciate the extensive list of press coverage they have achieved for us. They are amazing.

I only wish we could see each other in person a little more to celebrate all of the success we have had together.

**What do you like best about PAN?**

PAN helped us with our public relations by boosting our thought leadership program and securing high-impact media pickups. I found their expertise in understanding relevant topics, helping conduct timely research, and reaching the best media outlets extremely valuable. Their market understanding, particularly in HR tech, was impressive and led to excellent results in both HR-specific publications and major media outlets like The Washington Post and The Globe and Mail. Compared to other PR agencies I've worked with, PAN stood out by continuously bringing new ideas to the table, not just settling into a pattern. This approach pushed us to be more creative and do more interesting work, which in turn drove results. Overall, all my experiences with PAN have been excellent.

**What do you dislike about PAN?**

Sometimes it would be nice to have the same people on the team for longer, but often those changes were due to factors outside of the team's control.

**What problems is PAN solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PAN helped us reach potential buyers in both trade and mainstream media by offering guidance on topics and timing. They also conducted media training for some of our spokespeople, improving our ability to meet media interview expectations.

What I value most about PAN is their ability to read the stakes of a critical moment while bringing the seniority to design strategies that go far beyond PR. They actively contribute across marketing, product, and executive communications, adapt instantly to shifting priorities like moving product launch dates, seize timely news opportunities, and provide trusted counsel at every stage of a high-impact market moment. They combine strategic vision with hands-on execution, making them feel like a true extension of our internal team.

I haven’t experienced any issues. They’ve been reliable and supportive throughout our engagement.

**Recommendations to others considering PAN:**

When working with PAN, I would recommend involving them as early and as fully as possible. They are proactive, adapt quickly, and bring real value from the very beginning, treating onboarding and hitting the ground running as a single, integrated process that makes a real difference for teams scaling fast. And of course, the more context you provide, the richer their contributions, but even without it, they move fast and help drive results.

While recognized as a leading commerce platform in parts of Europe and across Latin America, powering global brands such as Colgate-Palmolive and Whirlpool Corporation, we faced strong incumbents in the crowded North American market.

To close the awareness gap, we partnered with PAN Communications to reposition our enterprise digital infrastructure for a North American audience, translating technical leadership into a compelling executive narrative that resonated with CIOs and CEOs navigating market fragmentation and the complexity of composable commerce. We connected our growing business value to relevant market dynamics, clarified ROI in the context of AI-first or agentic commerce, and elevated our C-suite as authoritative voices shaping the next phase of enterprise commerce.

Their combination of responsiveness and ownership is what I value most. PAN doesn’t just execute tasks, they take accountability, think through challenges, and bring solutions forward, which makes collaboration efficient and productive.

At times, communication can feel a bit fragmented, with updates coming from multiple team members across different threads. While the team is very responsive and engaged, it would be helpful to have more streamlined communication, such as a single point of contact or more consolidated updates.

The biggest problem for my department bandwidth and expertise in certain marketing functions such as PR. PAN acts as an extension of my team, helping us scale PR, content development, and brand visibility without adding internal headcount. They play a key role in elevating our thought leadership by working directly with our scientific and technical experts to develop and pitch content, secure speaking opportunities, and position our team in front of the right audiences. I appreciate PAN for their media relations, executive thought leadership, social media, owned research, AEO/GEO reporting, and insights. They have detail-oriented team members who are dedicated to our business and understanding of our industry and business problems. PAN is flexible and willing to jump on a call and chat through an idea at any moment. They have great strengths in financial services media, which can be tough to break into. Additionally, I use their PANoptic reporting for our quarterly measurement reports.

There are no major dislikes. If I had to pick one area for improvement, it would be reporting — I'd love to see more robust quarterly reporting that ties PR efforts directly to measurable business impact.

They recognize that PR is both a short-term and a long-term game, and they've consistently gone above and beyond to deliver results on a quarterly basis. **What do you like best about PAN?**

I appreciate PAN for being a trusted thought partner. They provide great support, especially with earned media, helping us break through the noise with data-driven storytelling to reach top-tier reporters. This increases our share of voice and helps us remain thought leaders in our industry. I also value PAN's well-seasoned team; in times of crisis or big moments, they are the calm in the storm and incredible partners, helping translate strategies into something stakeholders outside of PR or marketing can easily understand. They also don't just say "yes" to everything, but instead think of creative ways to achieve our desired business outcomes in ways we might not have considered. They're not afraid to try new things and draw on their collective experience to help us make data-driven decisions, and I really appreciate that about them.

In 2024 we rebranded our company and embarked on a programme with PAN to position the company as a thought leader in each of the three territories the business operates in. The objectives were to drive coverage in high-value media publications, relationship building with key media, increasing our SOV against key competitors and ensuring a consistent brand narrative. Since then, they have consistently achieved their goals and objectives, earning high quality coverage in relevant media titles.

**What do you like best about PAN?**

Honestly, the results speak for themselves — YoY improvements in both volume and quality of coverage, with 2023 being our best performing year ever and 2024 exceeding it. But beyond that, what I love most is how much they feel like a true extension of my team. They’re collaborative, responsive, proactive, and genuinely invested in our success. Plus, they’re just good people — our relationship feels authentic, and I actually look forward to our calls.

**What do you dislike about PAN?**

There really haven’t been major challenges with PAN. Like any agency, turnover happens, but their senior leadership team has remained incredibly stable — my SVP has been the same since day one, which is rare.

**Recommendations to others considering PAN:**

Take the time upfront to do several detailed intake sessions with them. Loop in stakeholders across your business and let PAN do deep dives — the more you share, the more tailored and creative their campaigns will be. Definitely ask about their partnership with Dynata on surveys  — they’re incredibly valuable and typically cost a lot elsewhere. Also, PAN offers a ton of value beyond standard PR: integrated marketing, digital, social, content — it’s a more holistic partnership. 100% would recommend them.

PAN has been instrumental in elevating the visibility and perception of our brand. They've helped us secure not only more media coverage, but significantly higher-quality placements — especially in top-tier national outlets. Their ability to craft compelling thought leadership, jump on trending news, and leverage research-backed insights has been a game changer. The fact that they also partner with research firms to run proactive consumer surveys gives us a steady drumbeat of newsworthy content, even when we don’t have hard announcements. It’s a huge advantage for a B2B company like ours.

There were measurable goals and KPIs that structured our various programs, and the PAN team worked to meet or exceed those each quarter. They provided excellent communication, management, and oversight of the program.  They acted as an extension of our marketing team, and they provided excellent subject matter expertise.

**What do you dislike about PAN?**

N/A - Whenever we ran into challenges in the program, we would discuss with the PAN team and work together for solutions and adjustments needed. The team is adaptable and responsive, and they have been a great partner.

**Recommendations to others considering PAN:**

My recommendation to others considering programs with PAN would be to understand what success will look like and be able to track and measure the efforts against this.  This will help articulate return on investment and demonstrate success to the business.

**What problems is PAN solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We partnered with PAN for PR services as well as to build and grow an influencer relations program. We were able to secure media bylines and generate press coverage, in addition to grow awareness in key verticals through influencer campaigns and activations.  PAN also served as an extension of our marketing team and provided content marketing / development and corporate communications support. This allowed us to quickly ramp up and scale our marketing efforts, and we were able to drive meaningful results for the business.
