What do you like best about Palo Alto Networks IoT/OT Security?

It plugs into our AWS-based environment with minimal fuss and immediately maps out the PLCs, smart meters, and other OT gear. The policy suggestions are clear, and the alerts tend to flag the things that actually matter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Palo Alto Networks IoT/OT Security?

I wish the licensing were more straightforward—every extra sensor seems to nudge the bill up. The UI slows down when I pull a month of logs, and a few OT-specific signatures still fire noisy alerts that we have to tune out. Reporting exports are limited to CSV, so building Grafana dashboards means extra ETL work on our side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Palo Alto Networks IoT/OT Security solving and how is that benefiting you?

It closes the visibility gap between our IT and OT networks, giving us a single pane to spot rogue PLCs, outdated firmware, and weird traffic patterns before they become an outage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
