The ability to consolidate our assets into a simple workflow for our clients to process, amend, and notify us of changes. It has reduced email waste by 75% and has allowed accurate changes to be made within strict timeframes. The additional benefit of this is that we have been able to bring our outsourced work inside the company, because we now have the time, and tools to be able to work on more clients at once, and feed the proofs through the right channels, ensuring that Management & Creative are on the same page as to where a project is at. Super clean user interface that made it easy for our entire team to pick-up. The ability to create workflows, especially re-useable workflows, makes it easy to give everyone a chance to review. For our team working from home, this was a godsend since we previously did routing via paper copies that would be buried on desks for days.
The team is super responsive and open to feedback and suggestions. We've worked with them for about a year now and have even gotten to see some of our suggestions implemented.

Of course, what we mean by PP is Page Proof. We're a mid-size full service design agency, about 40 people. Needed a solution for managing our reviewing process with clients. PageProof was a great solution. Very easy for clients to use, which was a key concern for us. One of the few systems that allows you edit video, in addition to being able to import existing web pages for comment.
