We used to work google spreadsheets and screenshots for client feedback to adjust copy & website changes... took forever to manage and was clunky. Using page proof we have saved

a. A lot of dead hours (unbillable) by removing the need to set up and manage a speadsheet and screen grabs

What do you like best about PageProof?

The user interface is extremely intuitive and user friendly. Members of our team, who have a wide-range of technical experience (from very little to very advanced) have been quite successful at navigating the platform and using all of the features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PageProof?

There is nothing I dislike about Pageproof. If something comes up where I feel and improvement can be made, I contact the admins and make suggestions. In several instances they have revised the interface to remedy the situation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I recommend that, if nothing else, give PageProof a try! It has been a game-changer for us and has been an essential tool during the COVID-19 pandemic as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PageProof solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used to print out our catalog many times during production to be marked up manually with a red pen. It would go rounds and rounds with several different people and take so much time. Now, we upload the catalog to PageProof and everyone comments and discusses in the same space. It's definitely a time saver. And, with the restrictions of COVID-19, it is a must-have solution for us. The intuitive design of PageProof means that even absolute beginners can jump in and start getting work done. I love how collaborative it allows me to be -- reacting to questions and comments in real time, rather than waiting for a proof to come back. What do you like best about PageProof?

After a few months of using PageProof, our creative team is thrilled with the service. It has been a simple process to onboard our team with the available videos and support provide by PageProof. The system allows us to create workflows within our organization, a college athletics department. We proof all of our graphics and videos through PageProof, and we are capable of delivering higher quality projects because of this tool.
