I have been using PageProof for over a year and it is incredible. It is easy to use as a designer and to teach other people in and outside my organization on how to use it is so easy. It is intuitive, friendly, and quick.

I love that PP streamlines our process when we are preparing press adverts. We can have up to 100 comments for one file and its great to have one platform to view them on and the handy To Do checklist that we can work to to complete changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think with the recent update we have lost the prompt/button to "upload new version" once the To Do list has been all ticked off. You now need to do this via settings when ever you have a new version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I’m a Brand Manager for one of the UK’s largest charities. All our marketing and communications need to be reviewed and approved by several internal stakeholders to ensure everything we make is accurate and upholds high brand standards. On average, we review and approve 100 pieces of marketing and communications each month. We work with an internal creative team and a roster of agencies across a range of different functions. To find a platform that could meet our needs was a challenge at first until we found Page Proof.
I can’t recommend Page Proof highly enough. Their customer service is amazing, despite the time difference they always reply promptly. They continuously make improvements to the platform which you benefit from. We have yet to launch our new review and sign-off system officially but having completed a few training demos we’re all very excited about using it to make us more effective and efficient in creating, reviewing, and approving marketing and comms.
