We use PageProof to send proofs to our clients to review artworks and they love the ease of the process. We are happy that now we can see who has seen the proofs and it has made our whole workflow much more efficient. The PageProof team is also very responsive to answer our queries via the in-app chat. Sometimes it could be quite confusing if you needed to do something to the proof when the workflow/process has started. We were not sure what notifications the reviewers will get. But this is something we can test it out internally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
User Friendly. Flexible. Integration with CC (the extension is great). Probably the best customer service of anything company I've ever been a part of. There are so many features I love about PageProof. The ease of reviewing, commenting proofs and rounds of proofs. We upload static files as well as videos and websites/emails for approval. It so far has suited all of our proofing needs. We also use Monday and it has worked really well with our process. The simplicity. When suppliers send me proofs I often have to swap screens to compare etc or comment in the body of emails which makes it difficult to link comments to the proof. PageProof's red pen and ability to update high res images within the comment field simply saves me time. When I ever ask questions on the site the team response is pretty rapid.
