Easy to use for both client and proof owner; clear layout; ability to upload proofs straight from InDesign; helpful team on hand if you have any queries; new additions regularly added to make the user experience better Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Lots of email notifications, but they can be switched off! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

PageProof is very easy to use. Set-up your own workflows to allow whatever you are proofing to flow through the necessary people with ease. Keeps all versions in one easy place. The compare tool between versions is fantastic. Constantly improving with new features. Clients find it very easy to use with little or no instruction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Only issue we've had is getting companies with very high internet security (where users can only access certain websites) to get their IT department to white label www.PageProof.com. The only other small thing is when you delete a version it for whatever reason, the version numbers stay the same, e.g. If you accidentally upload Version 2 and need to upload another Version 2 because of an error from your end. Version 2 will say Version 3 (although there is only 2 versions, this sometimes confuses clients). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to use and very helpful to my business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Currently, it doesn't support my native language, but they were very prompt to solve that issue shortly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The tools for reviewing proofs are very straightforward. Even our clients who can struggle with technology have no problem undertanding exactly how they can review a proof. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Their integrations are currently more limited with Project Management software for creating amore seamless experience, but they seem to be committed to adding more all the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Pageproof gives you complete control over your workflow, who needs to see a proof and at what stage. It's so easy to collaborate, see other people's comments, discuss changes within the software and go back to view history. Also love the 'compare' function between versions. I don't always want to view a whole collection at once - maybe there's a way to avoid that, I'm not sure.
Also would be good as Team Administrator to be able to see all my team's work, whether I'm involved in the individual jobs or not. Maybe there's a way to do this, I'm not sure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Love the simplicity of the interface; it's intuitive and user-friendly, and love the fact that there are keyboard shortcuts for every useful function. I have also been very impressed by how helpful (and friendly) the support team is. They are always readily available with a solution to any questions or suggestions I have. I think the only downside is that sometimes our review process has hiccups, mainly due to a lack of knowledge of how the tool works among team members who aren't required to use it as often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a designer, the amount of verisons/ proofs I create has halved if not more so (going from creating 20 versions in our approval process, down to 5 versions using PageProof). The application allows the team to communicate in one place to resolve issues and finalise ideas. Saving us on having to extend lead times on projects.
With the effortless intergration of PageProof with Adode Creative Cloud Applications as a designer, once iv'e submitted the artwork it makes it very easy to track where the artwork approval process is sitting - within Pageproof, being able to use the nudge function to push the workflow along has been a time saver too. You recieve notifications of any movement done on pageproof (comments, to-do-list, moving through steps in the workflow , etc) - I deflect mine to the Teams App to free up my email space which is great. However, As I am a designer I am an avid user of the app and have multiple projects going through PageProofs sitting at different stages. It would be great to have a more defined/ point of difference between 'standard action' notifications to 'approved/ finished artwork notifications - to ensure it doesn't go unmissed. As I am an avid user, I check it everyday - but this would make it more resuring and rewarding to know a project is approved and completed with an enhanced notification. The universal search of descriptions and tags is excellent! This is a feature that was difficult to find on other platforms. PageProof has all of the features that we required. Smart Compare and the Ruler feature are very handy. Team Pricing includes ALL of your colleagues, no per user fee or user management required. Always adding new features. Customer service is excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It was hard to find a downside as PageProof has all of the features we really needed. The one minor dislike would be lack of ability to add a user to ALL proofs instantly. This can be done in bulk through selecting proof thumbnails en masse. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I enjoy the versatility of PageProof and the ability to customize your workflows Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the methods for uploading new proofs can feel a bit cumbersome, but I'm unsure of a workaround Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
