PageProof is very intuitive and easy to use. Our team loves it and our clients too. If we need anything or our team has any questions, it is very easy to reach out to the PageProof team via the chat support. Their team is always quick to action any questions and friendly too. Also the fact that there is no limit to the number of users in a team plan subscription is a great plus for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
None. We love everything, especially the new updates/features that we didn't think we needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
PageProof provides multiple options for proof markups. This helps facilitates easy communication between teams helps the designer to make edits correctly.
PageProof is also very easy to use. My company was forced to route our proofs digitally when the pandemic happened, and it was relatively quick and easy to get my company on board and comfortable using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish there were more options for sorting or grouping proofs in my dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
PageProof has give our team the ability to creatively collaborate all in one place with ease. With the side by side version feature we can keep track of changes and determine what works best for our brand. I would recommend PageProof to any team looking to streamline their communication and get projects done faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Slight glitch on the email html upload - still a great tool regardless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The PageProof team has been very receptive and open to new ideas and suggestions. They have continuously made improvements based on our suggestions. As a result, our clients have found the platform easier to use and is more streamlined for them and us. This is a great way to manage all of our clients design requests and helps centralize all of the changes in one place.
One issue we were having was our clients were continually putting their changes in the message to owner fields in the to-do list and approval stages. This was causing to-do lists and approvals to be reverted on a regular basis. This issue has been resolved now and PageProof has given us the ability to turn this feature off. One of the issues we have been having is when a client is on the tutorial, they are stuck on the final step where it asks you to click done. I think our clients get confused because this is right above the approve button and they think they are going to approve the proof in this step.
Some of clients don't remember when they sent an approval or to-do list. They frequently call asking if we received their approval or to-do list. This could be due to the proof being removed from their dashboard, since they do not see it once the proof has been sent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Gives you all the functionality you need, want and dream of! We switched to PageProof and got 12x the functionality or 12x less cost. Amazing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing! Its brilliant! Wish someone had told me about it before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Being able to work collaboratively with clients in a fast, clear and concise manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Notifications can get a little noisy. More options to adjust those on a proof by proof basis for proof owners might be helpful? Or maybe we a new access level would achieve this?
Case study for this is that we have internal team members, who we need to give access to particular proofs for being able to see what the approved proof looks like (developers etc), but don't want to give them the admin access that would enable them to access all proofs on the account via team dashboard. For them, we set them as an "owner" on the account as we also don't want to advertise to obviously to the client that they are on the proof as it displays their email address, and we don't want to encourage direct email access from the client to the designer. This means they end up with notifications that owners get, which can get a little noisy for them. It would be great to have an access setting that was "Can see proof, is not visible to third parties, does not get notifications". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My proofer teammates and I can save time by sharing jobs and making comments at the same time, whereas in other programs we used we would have to take turns putting in our proofing comments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Server issues would be my only concern. When I've used PageProof, it has worked well. Occasionally, if severs are down, functionality could be effected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I began using Pageproof this last year, just before the start of the pandemic. Our company was looking for a more feasible way to move routes without the potential for losing the print route and integrating better a company-wide review of our physical product between departments. I look forward to more robust color management abilities. I think the separations feature was a start, but it just does not add up to DC, so at this time, we are skeptical of integrating it into our workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Workflows are now streamlined and everyone can access WIP designs in one shared space. I love how comments are linked into the open files so you don't need to have multiple windows open to review multiple comments. Page Proof has made such a difference to our business and the headache of collaboration on design work has been entirely removed! Thank you very much! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the extension is a little temperamental. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love how the program is so compatiable with different files such as, PDF & Indesign. It makes it easier to be able to adapt. The main element I like the best is that you can add a plug in onto Indesign which will feed your amends through to make it easier when designing and amending. I have been using Page proof for over a year now, and would recommend it to any designer out there that deals with amends from clients. Its easy to use, and very straight forward. I dislike about Pageproof is that sometimes when you upload a proof, and it fails it doesn't notify you this has happened. Therefore you could be going about your day thinking it has uploading when it has failed to do so. It's only when you log onto the web browser that it will let you know as normally is stuck in sent. As this has occurred a few times and now open the browser and regularly check when sending a proof to be sure it has sent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
