While my experience with PageFly Page Builder has been overwhelmingly positive, there are a couple of minor areas where I feel there's room for improvement. There are no down sides to using PageFly, if you find you've got yourself an issue, it's very likely to be user error. Feel free to contact their chat support though, they'l be more than happy to help you realise it was your mistake without making you feel like a complete idiot. The builder is very easy to use, but doesn't have the limited feel to it like other editors. You can create and design fantastic pages with drag and drop blocks, while also being able to add custom CSS if you want! The team is always very friendly and helpful, so even if you are stuck you have help right there!I use this app frequently, and have many pages on my site using it! Adding it to your website is also so simple. I have very little knowledge of code, and have had no issues with set up! Pagefly has been great to just quickly jump in and out of pages to make quick tweaks building on my own assets from previous CRO design tests. Beyond this being able to lean on solid predesigned templates when smashing out content has been really helpful.

As with all things ecommerce/ shopify it can get a little complicated when you have multiple apps/ theme conflicts and other issues that can cause problems, however their team have always been really efficient at getting back to help with integration. When i've managed to mess something up so much they have had to custom code something, they're on hand and have sorted it within the hour for me.

As a stand alone ecommerce operator with multiple sites, support like that makes a huge difference as ultimately it can make or break your website and sales.

Having now been using them for a few years on two seperate websites, it's great to see it still here and how much more refined it has become. Since then they've gone above and beyond introducing an analytical element as well as offering website feedback and more which has been a great cherry on top. At first I felt as though the templates were a little limited meaning my page design felt a little repetitive, but this was a few years back and since then this has been addressed with a massive expansion on their templates and general assets. Plus it's so much easier to use the page designer now with less issues.

One thing i'm yet to work out (Though it's likely more a me problem than them) is the best worfklow for optimising image size and ease of image alt text alterations when used as a background image. I have tried many page building apps, but PageFly has to be my favorite hands down. Have always been able to replicate exactly the kind of graphics and layouts envisioned for my web pages. My favorite thing about them though has to be the customer service. I know literally nothing about coding, but every so often a technical glitch/error appears on my website. I used PageFly's live chat to ask for assistance and they had the issue resolved the next day, along with a breakdown of what went wrong and how they fixed it. I can't say there's anything I dislike about PageFly! Like any software, it takes some time to get used to the interface/controls, but once you start using it regularly you'll be able to do pretty much anything you can imagine.
