We are a small fintech company with only five employees. We all have our unique areas of expertise, and there is minimal skill overlap. Packetlabs was quick to respond to our initial inquiry. We were given a full rundown of what our engagement would look like right from the first sales call. The sales staff was knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions on the spot. During the test the engineer assigned to our case would notify us of any high-priority findings with detailed explanations of the risks right away. They were also quickly responsive to our emails during the test. After the test was complete we received a comprehensive report with reproduction steps and risk levels. Their team provided excellent communication throughout the entire process and was flexible with their timing. The test and subsequent report were provided within a week of project kick off.
