What do you like best about Building Logistics?

Any staff member can easily use the app and manage any incoming parcel. No more paperwork or manual data entry, it made my life easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Building Logistics?

The best feature for me after using this app would be the analytical dashboard of the app as it has saved me from asking my employees about a daily, weekly, and monthly report. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing too major, perhaps just a personal preference would be to have more variety with the color scheme and more customization options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Building Logistics?

I like how I can notify the recipients about their packages in bulk without having to do it one by one. Similarly, while checking out the packages, I can do it as per my requirement, even if I have to give out all the packages to one person. The app notifies everyone about it providing full visibility of the packages to the recipients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Building Logistics?

The app should be fully functional if there is a weak internet connection or no connection at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Building Logistics solving and how is that benefiting you?

The package handling experience has improved a lot for both, us and the recipients. We can keep our recipients informed about their packages and remind them if they forget to pickup in time. I feel that the product has brought our recipients closer to us and improved our relationship with them. We benefit from a lot of features every day. The ones I love the most is that I can check the dashboard for the history of packages, I can reroute the packages, add notes for the recipient if there is a special request or something that they should know. I can say that shifting from manual work to PackageX Mailroom has been an amazing experience for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Building Logistics?

I am fascinated at how the app detects even the smallest details off the labels. The speed at which it does that is impressive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am happy with the product so far. It took our team some time to get the hang of all the features, but it was worth it. We now use the app to its full potential, and it really helps our recipients get their mail in time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My team and I receive hundreds of packages every day, and informing the recipients about them timely was impossible for us before we adopted the Mailroom app. However, now we can notify the recipients within minutes. It made our job easy, which was a tedious process. Our mailroom is now very efficient, and our recipients are also pleased with the speed at which they are notified about their packages.
