What do you like best about Building Logistics?

I like that each piece of mail can be viewed easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Building Logistics?

Once a recipient clicks "scan and send" I cannot do anything to move the process forward except to send an image to them. Often times they did this by accident or later find that they don't need the mail scanned because they came into the office and physically got their mail but it stays in the queue no matter what. I would like a delete button to clear items like this on my end without asking the recipient to bother with anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are getting Accounting and HR all of their important mail immediately as it comes. Mail is no longer sitting in the mailroom until someone comes to check their mail folders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We appreciate you taking the time out to share your valuable feedback with us. We always hold our customers’ feedback high, as it helps us understand customer needs & drives us to improve the customer experience.

Regarding the 'Scan & Send' flow, this option was specially introduced to cater the scenarios where a recipient is not physically present in the mailroom/building & wants to know what actually is delivered to the mailroom, hence they can request the mailroom staff to scan and send their package to them digitally.
