On rare occasions, I received complaints from our employees that they do not receive notification alerts. First of all, it's a smart application. Just scan the package and the app will automatically indicate the recipient. Secondly, me being an admin, I have many controls which makes it very easier for me to monitor and manage our mailroom operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recently, one of our mailroom supervisors left so I asked another user to get his account deactivated which he couldn't from his account and I had to do it myself.
