Excellent Tool and Easy Reference for Viewing API Specifications and History of Usage **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Joseph H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2023 **What do you like best about Paasport by Launchpad Technologies?** The tool is well-organized, simple and easy to navigate, and allows me to easily view the history of API usage, the details of the multiple API endpoints that we use with LaunchPad, and documents detailing the specifications of the project. Having a place for documents right alongside the history of our API usage is really handy. **What do you dislike about Paasport by Launchpad Technologies?** I don't have a lot of complaints about the tool to be honest - it is well-designed and works well. One thing that might be a nice future addition would be details about "auth" / getting a fresh auth token to use the APIs listed in the tool, but not having that yet does prevent the tool from being worth using and helpful. **What problems is Paasport by Launchpad Technologies solving and how is that benefiting you?** Paasport saves our internal orders processing and accounting users time by allowing us to automatically sync Subscriptions whose purchase is reflected in Salesforce to Chargebee without having to do through the Chargebee system dialog, which takes a few minutes to perform each time. This sets us up to scale as without being overloaded with internal process as our number of subscribers grows. ### 2. The processes were very clear as well. **What do you dislike about Paasport by Launchpad Technologies?** Nothing. Everything worked fine during our launch. **What problems is Paasport by Launchpad Technologies solving and how is that benefiting you?** Since we are located in LatinAmerica, the payment method organization didn't have any good solution. Chargebee, a US company, didn't have any partner in Latam. And the local acquirers didn't have any recurrency service connected to them (apart from those that verticalize and we keep hostage). So Chargebee indicated Launchpad to make the integration between all involved parts and the service is generating a big saving for us and allowing to deploy quickly in new countries without any issue. ### 3. Working with the Paasport team was a great experience. Since we've implemented it (over 1 year), we have had zero unscheduled downtime or problems. The Paasport team monitors, and keeps our integration up to date. **What do you dislike about Paasport by Launchpad Technologies?** There's nothing not to like with Launchpad. The team has been cooperative, we have been able to "set it and forget it." Every person that we have worked with - from the CEO to the Project Manager, is deeply invested in our success. The only thing to keep in mind is that Paasport is not a turnkey cloud solution. It requires the building out of your integration, personalized to your business requirements. **What problems is Paasport by Launchpad Technologies solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Launchpad to power an integration between Concur and our ERP. This removes a manual process, which frees up time and reduces errors. ### 4.
