Sometime Glitch come and also start working slow have to clear chache. customer chat support is poor.

We hardly find issue,as soon as the complaint is raised the issue is been resolved with few minutes. Till now your service is not disappointed us or made us to dislike your services.

The software is easy to use.  It has features which is frequenly used.

There are issues with the with the software when agent is on call still the dashboard reflect as idle. 
There is restriction in downloading the data, at a time only 2 months data can be downloaded.

The best thing about Ozonetel is the easy UI, ease of calling customers as well. Another feature I do like about Ozonetel is the call transfer feature. We can connect customers with another executive in a hassle free way.

Sometimes there are issues with the connectivity with the customers but even that is resolved once we connect again. Apart from this Ozonetel is a perfect & easy calling software.

Ozontel primarily solves the issue of connecting wth customers and saves time instead of manual calling. It also is not marked spam which helps in 100% connectivity ration with the customers.
The feedback/IVR is also a good feature which helps in getting instant reviews on call.

**What do you like best about Ozonetel?**

1) User friendly interface which can be operated by any type of user ( skilled or underskilled person).
2) Has various types of report available in the system which helps user to make decisions as if when required.
3) API integration and implementation with CRM is very swift and has 99.9% error free information flow.
4) Customer support is very approachable and every issue gets resolved in less than 30 min.
5) As an Administrator, activating and suspending account access is very useful and I can monitor the call flow, abandon %, service delivery KPI's on real time basis.

**What do you dislike about Ozonetel?**

There is no cons in Ozontel but few reports has restriction to download data of 15 days only which ideally should be increased to 90 days if possible.

**What problems is Ozonetel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For our business, we need automated dialer which can dial our lakhs of customer and maintain data record of the same. This was the major challenge which we were looking forward to overcome and thus Ozontel came into picture. Below all challenges were resolved by Ozontel : 
1) Data management of leads like call recordings, call attempts, etc.
2) Real time monitoring of calls like call volume, abandon %, SLA and SLI , etc. 
3) Automating callings to all new customers and rechurning old customers simultaneously as per bandwidth availability in Call Centre, etc.
